The QR code is difficult to use and the instructions are confusing. I paid for 3 days as opposed to 3 hours

I was charged the same nine (8.99) for one additional hour as I was for the 3 initial hours.

The ease and convenience

I pulled into this lot because of a big sign that said $8 all day. I was charged over $25 for two hours. There is no phone number to call nor website to dispute the charge. I will avoid their lots at all costs.

It was a Sunday night. Street parking is free but I was running late for the theatre so I parked in your lot - wish it had been more economical

Worked out great had alittle trouble making sure I was in the currect lot could be better marked

I signed up and paid for a couple hours ($9) only to see a sign on the parking lot saying the DAILY RATE was $8.00. I was pressed for time going to the Statehouse and would have liked to have the whole day as an option plus to have a less expensive rate.

I added an additional hour and it cost the same price as the previous 3.5 hours, not sure the price was calculated correctly

The sign at the lot stated evening parking was $5 and yet once I parked and brought up the app on my phone it showed $10. The sign should be changed for the correct price.

I liked the fact you reminded me my time was running out.
I did not like the fact you advertised at the lot to park $8.00 for the day, but charged me over $10.00 for 6hrs and 30 mins.

The location was great it was easy to pay and a reasonable price within a five minute walk of my event. my sister visiting from Pittsburgh said this was 10 times better than Pittsburgh parking

Advertised $5.00 but it’s really $5.99 because of the ridiculous “service fee”. Just tell us the price and stop the “bait and switch” tactics

You charged me when I paid. Not sure why. I emailed my receipts and the issue has yet to be resolved.

I contacted customer service on Feb 25th, today is March 3rd and no one has contacted me back. It is very frustrating not being able to get help with my issue. I don't recommend using parking.com

The app would not work correctly even with the assistance of a parking lot employee. She tried her best to help us.

Way overpriced for a weeknight.

Way too expensive. $9 for one hour on the outskirts of downtown Columbus?! The parking lot was in terrible shape as well.

The QR code doesn't lead directly to my account, I always have to search for it, put in additional information that should already be there. It didn't seem to give me a choice for the $5.99 parking and I ended up paying $10.99. It was too cold out to stand there and figure out how to change it. The parking itself is easy and close, we really like parking there. Getting in and out is easy.
