directions were clear in the garage where to find the first floor. restrooms were convenient after a long trip

Well for one… I never received my parking pass and so I couldn’t utilize my pre-paid hours at the time I scheduled which was for 8am. I had to wait till 8am, which is when they opened. Took at least 30 minutes to get my pass. I asked to extend the time and I couldn’t. So I was then set back for the whole day and then resulting in me having to pay more. Also, not to mention, I called the night before my scheduled time. Was on hold for over 20 minutes and then right at 6pm. I was disconnected and was asked to leave a VM. No one called me back the next day. Thus, is why I had to call the next morning.

The assistance offered by the attendants was great!

Nice app to enter and get out of the parking lot. However, there should be a sign telling that once you fill out your information and credit card, you can go, it will be processed automatically.

I do not live in DC so I spent the entire time worrying about whether or not my rental would still be there.

Excellent in-and-out experience
Since I've been to this parking garage before, I had a card on file, which makes the process even smoother. I just scanned the QR code on the gate at the entry, got the text that I'm good to go, gate opened, and when I was leaving, I just responded to the text and the gate opened again, got the receipt and voila - I was out.
The garage has a variety of free amenities, but I don't use them: windshield cleaner, vacuum cleaner, and I think even an air for tires.
The access to the street level is easy (but the elevators are not quick :)) and staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was easy to make the reservation online.

I paid $22.50 for 2 hours, but then had to park longer. The additional 1. 5 hours cost me an additional $26.00. The scan that I initially had was ignored by the system.

The reservation process was not user-friendly. In fact, it was so confusing that I reserved a spot in the wrong garage and had to pay twice for one parking spot.

I had a voucher for parking and my CC was still charged.

Easy access in well lighted garage in a building which felt very safe. Great proximity to National Gallery of Art.

I was out of town, and the driving could be more than two hours depending on traffic, trying to reserve a parking spot to ensure I would have a place to go to park once I got there. Parking.com does not allow me to do that. It automatically charged me and put me in the current time slot for two hours while I was still trying to sign up for an account with Parking.com. I made several attempts to call the number listed on their site but no one was there to pick up the call. When I finally got there in the late afternoon, I could no longer use the printed-out sheet with the QR code for the parking because it had already expired from the earlier time that Parking.com had assigned for me without my consent. If I want parking, I must make another payment with my credit card again. This is a badly managed site and customer service. If I could give a negative point, I would have given a -5.
