The garage was clean and well-lit
The garage was clean and well-lit! A security guard let us in the door when it was time to leave. The QR code system was smooth. We will use the space again.

Absolutely ridiculous system had to pay an extra dollar because your machine was broken and there was no attendant to help. I have waited 30minutes before for situations with this system to be resolved it is a terrible system and needs to be replaced!!!

My scan did not work
My scan did not work, and the attendant wasn't able to help. I ended up having to pay again. Big waste of money ($13.00 for the prepay, again for the gate to open up) - expensive day

The barcode didn't work when I tried to scan it, so I was charged twice. I emailed customer service a few days ago, but have not yet heard back.
