Due to strong winds on February 12, 2026, we were denied entry to Park Guell. We were informed that we would receive a refund. We reported this incident three times through barcelonatickets.org, but have not received a response. I am requesting a refund.

I purchased 4 tickets for Park Güell dated February 19, 2026, through your website (Ticket No: 8012243). However, due to extremely strong wind conditions on the day of our visit, the park was closed for safety reasons, and we were unable to enter.
As this situation was beyond our control, I kindly request a refund for the unused tickets.
I can provide the ticket and payment details if needed.

Do not book with Park tickets.
Bought tickets through this site for Park Güell next month as they came up on Google as a recommended site to buy tickets (as they pay Google to be a featured ad).
As soon as I paid, I checked the banking app and the transaction was showing as Park Gueell, the official seller wouldn’t spell Park Guell wrong.
The tickets were sent straight away, so according to park tickets no refunds once tickets have been sent.
I have since been in touch with the official company who do sell tickets for Park Guell and they have confirmed that my tickets bought through a third party are not valid.
As park.barcelonatickets.org do not give refunds I will be getting in touch with my bank.

Avevo prenotato un biglietto per uno slot che poi era risultato non disponibile, il servizio clienti mi ha ascoltato e mi ha rimborsato quando richiesto. Sconsiglio di prenotare dei biglietti last minute perché probabilmente si tratta di un bug del sistema.

This company is adding 44% to the ticket price, and you do not get any added value, even though they will tell you that. Scam. Buy your tickets directly at Parc Guell or Sagrada Familia, and save a lot of money.

Terrible scam! They charge 160% of the regular price, pretending to be an official website. I can't believe they got away with such a fraud! Look out for yourself!

SCAM
Terrible website. They buy google ads so they stay on top of the search results. It says everywhere on the website that these are official tickets but very small fine print saying they are not associate to the official government ticketing. Their website is bad. It doesnt work. I tried to make payment a couple of times and nothing happened. When my payment finally went through and the page refreshed to the default timing which was not what I purchased nor booked. I noticed this immediately and got in contact with them. They are giving me run around answers instead of fixing it and keep saying no refunds no change of time. EXCEPT IT WAS NOT MY FAULT THEIR WEBSITE IS FAULTY. I tried a chargeback but Visa refused it saying I accepted the terms and conditions. Again, no one is helping. I sent them an official letter and spamming them with complaints, they do not care. I am sure they do this all the time and they do it often. Lets not even start with the excessive markup to the original price!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Des voleurs
Des voleurs ! J’ai acheté mes tickets une semaine avant de partir sur internet ! Je ne les ai jamais reçu , je les ai contacté devant le Park parce que malgré la preuve de paiement je ne pouvais pas rentrer ….. ils n’ont rien fait ! J’ai du m’en racheter d’autre ! Une honte ! Ils refusent de me rembourser ! En plus leur ticket sont à 16 euros alors que sur place ils sont à 10 euros ! Fuyez barcelona tickets c’est des arnaques !

Illegal reseller
They bought tickets from official website then sell it to you illegally (since such activity is prohibited by the official Park Güell) with 160% mark up ($16 vs $10 from official website) and they still say they are not resellers. What a scam! To the owner, money that you got from doing bad deeds scamming people will only bring you bad futures. Will it worth all the bad karma you would receive? You will see how bad karma coming quite fast and at that time it would be too late for you.

They are scammers
They are scammers. It is not official site of anything. They charge you more money for the same ticket which you can buy from other sites. Don’t buy from them. I wished i searched their reviews before wasting my money with the.

Never received the ticket
Bought my ticket for Park Guell that was overpriced to start with. Not only did I not receive the ticket but it was impossible to reach out to them, only virtual assistant available, which of course didn't help at all. Checked my credit card and money was charged.
SCAM
As an upgrade of my initial comment, I want to say that the website reached out to me and asked for my purchase Info. I didn't have an orden number. So I gave them my phone number and email. That was like 10 days ago. No reply received.
Lesson learned, ONLY official sites (which I thought this one was)

Never ever book via this website.
It is a pure rip off, tickets are more expensive compared to when you book directly. Also they are not refunding in case you need to change your trip. Very customer unfriendly

Book directly with official websites
Don’t book with this website because you can get much cheaper tickets directly from the government website. I can’t believe they are allowed to operate a website with “org” domain pretending to be a non profit government organisation. Although it says in the small print that it’s not an official website, it’s very hard to notice it and they use same colour palette as official websites. This is a scam

Couldn't give it less than 1 star or I would. This website is UNOFFICIAL, and over charges. On top of it, the system issued tickets for the wrong time and "customer service" could not do anything to address it. They are a fraudulent company.

Don't buy from them
In one of the answers here the entity stated that the extra payment is for "personalized service". Well, there's no such. By mistake I booked my tickets for the wrong month. I noticed this less than an hour after the purchase and immediately contacted the support. All I was offered was throwing my ticket to waste. No date change, no refund, they weren't able to even offer a different venue or smth. Seriously? We live in 2024, where any legit transaction can be cancelled. They merely stole 50 Euro from me. Avoid!

Very nice park and well reserved exhibits
The park was really beautiful and everything seemed to be very well cared of. Either the plants or the exhibits.
