Hannah and Emma made our whole trip to France an experience we will always cherish for a lifetime. Their attention to detail and friendly manner made booking our trip with them so incredibly easy. Their communication about every step of the journey from first contact to end of our holiday made us feel reassured in every step we took.

The included lists of other services in our hotel area was fabulous, from pharmacies to laundry, and the extensive list of restaurants was amazing.

We utilized the services of Emma and Hannah for a guided tour of Normandy. From the start to finish, very professional, informative and helpful. First a video chat to determine what our thoughts were; we were provided with options and once our plans were finalized, Emma and Hannah found a perfect guide and planned all the details, from train rides, etc. Included details with train tickets, when to arrive at the train station, how to find our seats, length of the journey, etc. Both very knowledgeble and I would not hesitate to use their services again if needed and definitely recommend them.
