been using this site for about a month now. the slots selection is good, variety is there and i enjoy playing. deposited ₹1000 via NEFT no problem at all. but withdrawal side... my first request took nearly 3 days and support was slow to respond. they did pay eventually so not saying anything bad, just wish the process was quicker. also mobile version lags sometimes when switching between games. will keep using but hoping they improve these things.

Worst site ever. They blocked my account after verification and claimed they found “suspicious activity” on my account. I made only a single deposit — is that what they call suspicious activity? I contacted customer support, but they did not give any proper response. Don’t trust these websites; it’s a total scam.

I am writing this as a final warning to anyone considering using Parimatch. This platform is effectively holding my money hostage.

I followed all the rules. I waited for the standard deposit timeline to pass and created a support ticket on the very same day. For an entire month, the ticket sat "In Progress" with zero helpful updates.

Two days ago, they hit a new low: they marked the ticket as "Resolved." How is a missing deposit "resolved" when the money is not in my account? To make matters worse, their system is now rigged so that I cannot create a new ticket using the same UTR number. They have effectively blocked me from seeking help for my own money.

This is not a technical glitch; this is a complete lack of integrity. * No accountability.

No customer support.

Do not trust Parimatch with your hard-earned money. If you deposit here, be prepared to lose it before you even place a bet. Return my 10,000 INR immediately!

have been playing on Parimatch for quite some time as a loyal player, and honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences.
They clearly promised weekly cashback every Monday for loyalty players (Level 7–14). Based on this, I continued making deposits regularly. However, for the past 3 weeks, I have not received a single cashback.
Every time I contact support, I get:
Different excuses
No proper explanation
No resolution
It feels like they are just misleading players with fake offers to make them deposit more money.
Despite:
Multiple deposits
Reaching out to support several times
Being a consistent player
I have received ZERO cashback, ZERO cash bonus, and ZERO accountability.
Their support team is completely unhelpful and keeps redirecting without solving anything. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a deliberate tactic.
👉 My advice to others: Do NOT trust their cashback or promotional offers. They are not honored, and you will only end up wasting your money and time.
If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be escalating this complaint further on multiple platforms.

I made a deposit of ₹2500 via PhonePe, but the amount was not credited to my account. It has been more than 10 days, and despite multiple follow-ups, I am only receiving repeated responses like “under review” and “please wait.”
No clear timeline or solution has been provided. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I strongly advise others to be very careful before depositing money on this platform. Deposits are easy, but getting your money back is very difficult.
If my issue is not resolved soon, I will escalate this further on multiple platforms.

I am facing a serious issue with withdrawal.

I requested ₹25,130 withdrawal on 5 March 2026, but even after many days I have not received my money.

Ticket ID: 84964915 is still "in progress" and no UTR or proper response is given.

This kind of delay is unacceptable and feels like fraud.

If not resolved soon, I will file a complaint with cyber authorities.

Parimatch Frauds and theifs i have shared all details , screenshots , ticket no , mode of payment, amount and i have even shared my bank statement with you , but u shameless parimatch has sold there identity ans are not bother to return it to me , shameless parimatch management is this a way u raise your kids by stealing hard eaened money from people like me ....a big shame on your company who is earning by making fools of customers like me who has made 4 sucessful deposits of 10000/- each total 40000/- and you shamless parimatch management has not reflected even a single rs in my account , i have been begging for my own money since 1 month still there is no reply from this fraud company and theif management of parimtch
