1win was legit before. I myself has withdrawn money and have successfully received too. But now in recent times it not more than a fake website. I and two of my friends tried to withdraw but none of us received money. It is more than 2 weeks now. When I was legit it would send money within 1 business day.
The site is legit and has a valid Curacao license, but the verification process (KYC) was slow for me. I had to upload my ID twice before they approved my withdrawal to Visa. Support is available 24/7 but they can be a bit robotic. Payouts work, just be patient.
