I contacted customer care 10 days ago to request a return and have had no response so I'm not sure what to do. Delivery was prompt, and it came with a lot of samples which was a nice idea but not a good selection of perfumes unfortunately.

Ordered from them Monday, box arrived next day. They even included a bag of samples. Cannot fault the service at all. I buy a lot of fragrances and will 100% be using this company again. I wish I could review them on Google as well because it's refreshing to see a business actually deliver.

I've bought from Parfum Muse a few times and it's always been an absolute pleasure. They have a great rewards system so you can save money too! I like their range in that there are some lesser known and more interesting brands than the usual fragrances you can expect to find. Despatch and delivery is super quick and everything is packaged really well. I've contacted customer services recently and they're incredibly helpful and thoughtful, going above and beyond. Thank you so much to all involved.

I have been curious about the Ojar range for a while now.
So decided to make the jump. After shopping around I found Parfum muse had by far the most competitive prices.
Postage was super fast, packaging super safe and came with the bonus of a couple of tester fragrances. I mean who doesn’t love a free tester ?
I’m so glad I made that jump as Ojar is clearly a company who knows the meaning of quality. I was very happy.
Since making that initial purchase I decided to delve deeper into their range.
I had a few questions so reached out to Parfum Muses customer services. They couldn’t be more helpful and this is where the credit where credit is due title comes in. They were very patient with me and did everything they could to make sure I was happy. Very friendly and approachable. A number of emails passed and I have since returned to make further purchases. I think I’m on number 3.
I couldn’t be happier.

On a side note i see that someone has given them a 1 star review accusing them of selling fake fragrances !
With my experiences of the company this allegation is simply absurd. There’s no way the fragrances I have purchased are fake. I understand that buying fragrances can be a minefield and as so unsettling.
But be assured the quality is top notch and 100% authentic.

I’d happily recommend Parfum Muse as a company.
Also the Ojar range is well worth a look.

Parfum Muse has a very professional team who quickly reacted to my email with the issue I had about the perfume I received from them earlier and immediately sent me the replacement, which I'm very happy with. The delivery service is just excellent, the fastest it can be - I received all my parcels literally the next day after ordering. I have only best impressions about my experience with Parfum Muse. Amazing perfume, Amazing price and Amazing delivery. Ordered 2 days ago and delivered today. Packaged really well and included in the bag were 2 perfume samples and a £10 voucher. I will definitely be ordering again.

Not only well priced, but beautiful packaging, super fast posting and lovely customer service.
So much so, I ordered again!
There is a unique range so try something everyone else doesn't have.
The packaging is beautiful, without ticking gift wrap, just as standard and samples of other smells.
This will be my go to online shop for my Elie Saab perfume from now on and ive already shared with friends.

Unfortunately, they sell fake perfume. The scent is nothing like the original—completely off. The only noticeable smell was a strong, overwhelming scent of alcohol. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. Avoid.

First time buyer and I’m so impressed. Super quick delivery, beautifully packaged even though i just bought the perfume for myself. Only stumbled across while searching for the best price for a restock of my favourite fragrance but so glad I did.

Found the BDK scent which was sold out in selfridges also found it cheaper than them, delivery was super quick and received lovely testers with it. All round super service. Will definitely be back again.

Arrived very quickly, was carefully packaged & included 2 samples. The perfume I ordered smells lovely, i have been after it for ages & the couldn’t pass up the price on parfum muse, overall very happy as i was quite sceptical at first.

I purchased a gift for my daughter and paid the extra £5 for the luxury gift box, it was well worth it. it was so beautifully packaged and turned up on time. It came with a really thoughtful thank you card, offering £10 off of the next purchase. It's so nice these days to have such a pleasant experience, really like this site and cant recommend it enough.

Brilliant experience. I was reluctant to order from here with it having few reviews and me not having heard of it before but it turned out to be one of the best online retailers I have ever found. I ordered Goldfield and Banks Silky Woods Gift Set for an incredily low price which came packaged perfectly in a gift bag and a box.

It arrived after only 2 days as I ordered on a Sunday and it had arrived on the Tuesday. It also came with a free 2ml sample of Mystic Woods which is great of course. Definitely intend to purchase from here again.

Ordered a few perfume gifts before Christmas. Came on time and beautifully packaged, even with a free sample.
