The website says they are located in the US. My order shipped twice according to them, came from spain and china. Been 2 months and still no order and they refuse to give me a refund

I ordered the large lighted flag on June 20th. It is now August 7th and no flag. They say another one is one the way. The first tracking sequence showed the package originating in Ireland and making it to St. Paul,MN (100 miles from me) then disappearing . Now the second shipment is coming from China. No refunds, just keep waiting. I will never order from them again!

I placed my order in mid-June, and weeks later I still have not received it. The most frustrating part isn’t even the delay—it’s the complete lack of transparency. The tracking information provided is either inaccurate, doesn’t update, or cannot be verified, making it impossible to know where my order actually is.

Customer service has been unable to provide a clear explanation or valid tracking information, leaving me with no confidence that my purchase is even on its way. As a customer, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect honest communication and accurate order updates.

If you’re considering ordering from this company, be prepared for the possibility of long delays, unreliable tracking, and poor communication. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from them again and cannot recommend them to others.

I ordered a 4th of july flag on June 13th. It is July 28th and I still haven't received it. Ive tried getting a refund and they refused. Obviously its to late to celebrate the 4th even if i was to get it. Whi know maybe ill get it next year.

1 star because I couldn't leave zero! I ordered product for the 4th of July celebration on June 20th, it was to be shipped in 3 days its now July 20th still no item, I have asked repeatedly for a tracking number which still has not been provided! I have gotten 5 very similar AI generated responses from this disgrace of a "Company"! do not purchase anything from them as they are not a real company and have NO Integrity whatsoever! they will steal from you like they did me!

It took 3 weeks to be delivered, and the merchandise is really what I order, well packed so received in original condition and complete, proof of seriousness of the company where I ordered.

PayPal was no better in helping me find a solution.

I was very disappointed that my order had to be shipped from a foreign country and did not arrive in time to use it for Independence Day celebrations. I have not even taken it out of the original package at this point.

Took longer than expected to receive as not enough time to complete before the holiday to display. Quality is good, easy to see letters/#s, but overall smaller than expected for the price.

It just came through custom so many times I don’t know where it came from. It took a long time to get it, but I do like the product. However, I’m waiting to see if they’re going to give me a discount on my second order I just made.

This machine is great don't take up any space heater works perfect the cooling is not the best but for something so small and cheap I don't complain

Communication was excellent, but directions are printed on the canvas and hard to read.

I expected something bigger with more bead detail. The beads looked high-quality but for the money I don’t think it was worth it.

Not a big as I thought they would be! Very pretty but for the money should have been bigger. I would not buy them again! Would not recommend either for the money! Sorry!

This company took to long shipping out and getting it to me,I wont be ordering from this company.

According to the envelope my order arrived in, the order originated from an address in the UK, so I don't understand why I was charged in US dollars, thereby incurring additional credit card costs.

I wish I had read this review page before I paid $116.98 for a metal wire tie kit. Sounds like they are scamming a lot of people.

Probably a great product like I saw in videos.... but just the wrong company to order from.

My account was drawn 40+ days ago and still haven't received the kit. This item shouldn't take more than a few weeks even if it was shipped from around the world.

I noticed they don't have a phone number... so no one can record their bullshit and the email's i've sent just got a autogenerated response with a BS "Tracking Link".

I second the BEWARE.... and I hope someone can open an investigation.... and get these guys.... I'll testify! Assholes!

Purchased 2 hand crafted Jesus statues the size of a person's hand very stunning looking..what I received was a 3 inch piece of plastic ugly and cheap for $36 us dollars took over 1 month to receive, stated it was coming from Croatia but in reality..china..I sent them a message but doubt they will respond so I will take it up with my bank!!

I purchased four (because the more you bought there was a bigger discount) weed pullers. They advertised to be metal and sturdy. Nope! I bought a handle, sanded it to fit, inserted liquid nails and set it with a screw, and let it dry. So excited to try it out, I went out to pull weeds. About six attempts in (mind you, almost none of them came out by the actual root), the foot level broke clean off. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
