Fantastic experience using Paragon. We had been waiting months for a design from another bespoke kitchen manufacturer but got fed up. So we went to Paragon instead. Design turned around within 24 hours, Wendy & Steve were extremely helpful during the entire process. Within 6 weeks we had the kitchen at our home and installed. It looks beautiful and we have now ordered a matching utility too. Id recommend Paragon over any of the other high street kitchen retailers.

We could not recommend Paragon highly enough. From start to finish Wendy and Steve were brilliant- nothing was too much trouble. Great selection of cabinets, colours and worktops. Brilliant high quality solid cabinets and precision fitted work tops. We have used howdens, wren and benchmark and had problems with them all but would definitely use Paragon again. Excellent communication, very competitive price and high quality product 👍

This time last year we had our kitchen and bathroom done one after the other. We did look at one or two of the bigger national companies, but decided on Paragon. It turned out to be a good decision because I can't imagine we would of had the same amount of care, attention and dedication from any of the others. Straight from the start nothing was to much trouble, Steve and Wendy (who we met midway through our project) were both fantastic and very accommodating. We never had the biggest budget but Steve gave us every available option even to the extent that when the flooring we chose became unavailable he said to pick the nearest to it and if it was more expensive they would cover the extra cost. The planning was done at our convenience as we both had full-time jobs so Steve catered for this and at times visited us in his own time. We had the bathroom done first and as the project went on the kitchen had to be delivered in advance of it being fitted. All deliveries turned up when they were supposed to and all care was taken to keep them out of the way as much as was practically possible. Having both done one after the other was quite traumatic but made a whole lot more bearable by the way Steve and Wendy conducted everything. Along with Johnny and the lads from Happy home solutions who carried out all of the work, we ended up with exactly what we wanted with both the bathroom and the kitchen, with this in mind I'd have no hesitation in recommending Paragon to anyone or Happy home solutions for that matter.

We looked around at several kitchens at all the usual national & local kitchen suppliers & on my builders advice went to see Paragon KBB in Cross Lane Wallasey, next to Reynolds Timber. I cannot recommend Steve & Wendy & Paragon Kitchens enough. They are genuine, friendly, knowledgeable & professional, without any pushy sales tactics. The planning was easy with their input. Plenty of choice and good small displays of kitchens in store. A great range of unit sizes etc. The delivery was quick & easy. Quality of the kitchen was absolutely excellent- I have never been more pleased with any kitchen Ive had in the past. Fantastic quality at a budget friendly price. They also recommended local kitchen fitters, who were employed. Again just brilliant quick tidy efficient workmanship.
The whole experience from beginning to end has been a joy.

I have so many great things to say about Wendy and Steve at Paragon Kitchens. I have been particularly impressed by their personal service.
Wendy played a huge role in the design aspect. She ensured every little detail was just right. She never tired of my endless questions and design tweaks. She was very accommodating and managed to include all my specific ideas. She gave me a lot of personal time.
It was obvious that she cared and wanted me to have the perfect kitchen.
Wendy arranged everything; plans, drawings, measurements and provided clear instructions for my builder. She tried to keep the cost down too. She suggested appliances that she knew were good. She even price matched the ovens I was buying from elsewhere. It was so easy having everything organised by Paragon. Less hassle and done with a smile! Any issues raised were solved straight away.
She went over and above to make my kitchen special.
True to her word, everything arrived on time. The kitchen was installed and it looks out of this world! Brilliant quality. Absolutely love it!
To top it off, Wendy not only treated me to some little extras (cutlery trays), she came to see the finished kitchen with a bottle of wine.

What a fantastic service from the design team! Wendy went above and beyond to help us throughout the process. The fitters were professional, very tidy, and did an excellent job. We are absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend this company to all our friends and family. We will definitely be using them again for our bathroom renovation.

Sort of knew what I wanted for my new kitchen/renovation, but didn't realise there were so many choices to make, work tops, doors, handles, appliances, insides of drawers etc, but Wendy helped making choices so much easier as she got all the samples out, put them all together, swapped things in and out until i was happy with everything I'd chosen, then put it on the computer screen so i could see exactly what my kitchen would look like, and it looks great, I'm really over the moon with it, and at a very reasonable price. 😁 Also purchased some acoustic panels and flooring for my bathroom at the same time.

Wendy was friendly, efficient and listened and acted on all our suggestion. She gave a truly personalised service even dropping everything to discuss details when we happened to drop in the showroom. It should have been her lunch hour!
The kitchen was made and delivered on time. When the fitter realised a door was missing it was made and delivered within two days.

From start to finish the whole process was so smooth, Steve designed a beautiful kitchen for us and was really helpful advising us of things we weren't sure of along the way, he also helped with little tweaks to help us keep within our budget. We had really nice print outs of the initial design, and then when revisions were made which helped us visualise. The kitchen is amazing quality and we can't wait to have the family round at Christmas to show it off, Thank you Steve!

Delivery was very fast and everything arrived in perfect condition.
