Appalling customer service and they still owe me money.

On 18/6/24 I ordered three items from Pants and Socks. I kept one item and returned two unopened items requesting an exchange for different sizes.

On 3/7/24 I received an email offering me a refund on one of the items but no mention of the second item that I had returned. I followed this up on the same day to ask why this was the case and received another email explaining that they were out of stock of the requested size, hence the refund. But there was still no mention of the second item that I had returned.

I followed up again on 4/7 and received no reply. Then again on 10/7 and to date have received no reply.

Pants and Socks owe me refund for the second returned item, or they need to provide me with the product that I paid for on 18/6/24

To date, I have received no further correspondence from this company.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Hi Geoff,

We're so sorry to hear this. We have checked our customer service email inbox and can see we were contacted on Wednesday 10th July regarding the refund. We replied to this email, asking for further details so we could fully investigate this issue.

We have since received communication from yourself and we have gone ahead and refunded you for the 2nd product.

Unfortunately there was no stock available for an exchange. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reach your account. If you have any further questions or concerns please email us at customerservice@pantsandsocks.com

Ralph Lauren briefs way too small

Ralph Lauren briefs way too small. I ordered XL. I wouldn't even call them medium. Very disappointed this money is wasted as I can't return them.

Quality of items brought were impeccable although the shipping took longer than expected and royal mails tracking isn’t accurate either
