Be careful

Scam, did send Something but never arrived because of the unreliable Carrier however the seller does Not want to refund

Update:
Ups did Not even attempt a Delivery once. There is No reason to Order from the Site as Long as UPS is the Standard international Delivery Option. The communication between me and the seller was tiresome, the seller wanted to wait for the Order to Return before Sendung a new Order even though the First Order never arrived in the First place, costing much time in the process.

This order was shipped quickly via UPS, our standard international carrier, with a tracking number provided right away. UPS attempted delivery several times, but the package was refused by the customer and returned to us. As soon as we learned about the refusal, we offered two options:

Resend the order via DHL (the customer’s preferred carrier)
or
Provide a full refund as soon as the package arrived back to us.

Unfortunately, before we could complete either option, the customer decided they no longer wanted the order and told us "keep the product and the payment" for no aparent reason. The claim "seller does Not want to refund" is totally false and missleading, it was repeated to him several times that we will issue a refund, that is not an issue for us at all.

Many customers in Germany and across the world have received their orders from us without issue, and we are already adding DHL as a shipping choice to better serve those who prefer it.

UPDATE: We always listen closely to our customers' feedback regarding delivery experiences. We are excited to announce that we have officially expanded our logistics and now offer DHL, DHL Express, and Correos Express as selectable shipping options at checkout for our international and national orders!

Greate plants but the worst shipping.

The plants are greate, but they only ship with ups, I have been sitting at home waiting for 12 hours yesterday, the day that was agreed on, but they never came.
Today after 5 hours of waiting they finally arrived

UPS is our standard carrier, but we understand their timing isn’t always ideal in some countries. Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and No Accountability

I had a good experience with a previous order, but my latest transaction has been deeply disappointing and unprofessional.

I placed an order on 01/04/2025 for a batch of seedlings. The package was shipped on 14/04, but then became stuck with UPS for nearly two months. Given the perishable nature of seedlings, such a delay made the shipment effectively worthless. Importantly, I never received the order — the package was eventually returned to the sender by UPS on 30/05, after being held up for nearly 2 months.

UPS reportedly contacted the seller just a few days after shipment to inform them of an issue with the consignment. However, the seller took no visible action to resolve it. Throughout this time, my repeated emails were met with slow (3–5 day) responses that were vague and unhelpful, suggesting a complete lack of concern or urgency.

Despite the failed delivery and the package being returned to the seller, I have not received a refund — nor any meaningful communication — despite multiple follow-up emails requesting a refund.

This experience shows a clear lack of responsibility, poor customer service, and unprofessionalism. While my first order went smoothly, I can no longer recommend this seller after such neglect and very poor communication, anyone considering doing business with this seller should avoid or be prepared for disappointment and financial loss.

The shipment was delayed and returned by the carrier, and we were in contact with them to understand the issue before processing the refund. This investigation took longer than expected, and we apologise for the delay. The customer has since been fully refunded.
