KATASTROPHE
Ware wird zwar schnell versendet, aber bei Reklamationen hat man Riesenorobleme.....
Man soll Rücksendegebühren zahlen und dann werden auch noch die Hinsendegebühren vom Rückzahlungsbetrag abgezogen. Ein Unding und auch verboten!!!
Wenn Palladium, Schuhe auf dem dt. Markt anbieten, müssen sie sich auch an die hiesigen Gesetze halten!!!
D.h. bei Reklamationen muss Verkäufer ALLE Versandkosten zahlen.
Bloss dort nicht bestellen!!!!!
Habe mein Geld nur wegen PayPal vollständig zurück erhalten.

The shoes where not the same as before…
The shoes where not the same as before . I have this shoes now for 10 years . And now suddenly they ar much smaller in the size and they are not the same size as before . They are since years different in size . Different in the frabricage .
. Different maked .
I had to send these back to the store .
I am wondering , is it possible to get this old design palladiums ?

Bereits mein zweites Paar Stiefel, wie gewohnt passend, schnelle Lieferung. Leider scheint es dieses Modell nicht mehr mit Kontrastfarbe des Innenfutters zu geben. Bei Größenangabe Vorsicht, lieber halbe Nummer größer wählen.

I have been buying Palladiums (for summer or winter) for 20 years. I was very surprised to receive a pair of shoes in a different color. I think the quality control needs to be reviewed, and I am disappointed.

J ai été obligée de faire rallonger la lanière je ne pouvais pas fermer les chaussures ! Je précise que c était du 41 et que mon pied est normal ! Cela m a coûté 30 euros de plus

Nous sommes surpris par votre retour, car nous n'avons pas connaissance d'un problème récurrent concernant la longueur des lanières sur ce modèle. Nous sommes vraiment navré pour cela.

Not my first order
Not my first order, but the first time I needed customer service for a product with a defect. I contacted them in the morning and in the afternoon I got confirmation for a refund. So I ordered a new pair. No issues after that. I knew from previous orders that the quality is great, and now I know that the after-sales is as well. Happy customer!

Dezelfde maat maar valt toch kleiner
Ik heb altijd dezelfde maat en van de schoen heb ik een andere kleur ook in die maat echter bij de nieuwe heb ik ook die maat maa valt kleiner. Ik kan niet meer ruilen omdat ik ze 2 x aan heb gehad. 😢
