I love Palladiums..
I love Palladiums... I've been wearing them since the 1990's when they were first in the UK, and now have over 20 pairs of them! I love the fact they are always moving with trends, changing their materials and styles, and the latest pair with a slight heel, are incredibly comfortable...as they all are!

Really happy
Really happy, I always love this brand but for 5 years I took a break for buy it just because I had a problem with the sole, appear holes in and didn’t been more water proof, but about comfortable shoes are the best!

Online ordering experience
Ordered the shoes on 29/11, only sent on 4/12, which only arrived on the 10/12. I paid £5 for this, which is quite expensive for such a long delivery time. Secondly, using Evri - the box specifically writes signed delivery - this obviously did not happen, the delivery person didn't even ring... I was home.
The shoes were a size too small, had to pay another £5 to return these.
All in all, £10 to try on a pair of shoes...

I received the shoes that were way too small and sent them back right away. 2 weeks later no news of the refund although they have acknowledged they received the return. I contacted them and no answer. Waiting for my 135£…

Placed an order 13 days ago, they’ve taken my money and not shipped anything out. I have emailed three times and DMd and absolutely no response. They’re a rip off, don’t throw your money away.

No issues
I was a bit worried having read some negative reviews that the shoes would take ages to arrive, especially as I purchased them around Black Friday, but everything went smoothly and the shoes arrived within about a week.
