I bought the slades and i have been loving them but I will say they do lack ankle support and aren’t as snug on my foot as my other skates are. I swapped the wheels out for some softer ones and that made a huge difference. They do seem to be well made otherwise. I also had to deal with customer service as I made an error with my order and they promptly corrected that for me.

The skate shoes are great, shipping not so great
The skate shoes are great. I’d recommend sizing up a half size. I was not satisfied with the shipping service: they returned my order back to France without explanation, but incorrectly confirmed my package was delivered to me. This delayed my shipment by at least a week and caused a lot of confusion and stress. Customer service did not meet my expectations as they did not offer consolation regarding this issue.

Super fun
I got them as a birthday gift for myself and i love them. They fit nicely and skate very well. The detachable system is fun and convenient.

Skated 2 times, pivot cups crumbled on my hand. Customer service just sent a picture with dimension so I could order new pivot cups elsewhere. Not helpful, I couldn't find cups that would fit. So now I have a pair of skates that I can't skate. Waste of time and money, poor quality!

I got sent two right shoes mind u when I ordered these shoes I had to pay extra because of it being in France just to get my order once I told them about the issue they sent me a left shoe but I had to pay the extra amount again for a second time just to receive my package something I thought they would have covered themselves I don’t understand why I had to pay for someone else’s mistake wont be buying from here again

The quality is good but the shipping…
The quality is good but the shipping didn’t include TERIFF and they mix up the shoes size. I ordered size 6 for women but they sized it to 11.5 when the order clearly wrote 36, they shouldn’t mix up that simple being such popular brand

The issue has now be resolved since you received the correct pair, as confirmed on our email exchanges last week.
As for the tariffs, we do not include them in our prices because we have no authority on the amount and whether they will be applied. The import authorities in the country of destination is responsible for this matter. We do specify on each of our product pages that import taxes may apply depending on your country of delivery.

So versitile!
Even though this was an international order, Flaneurz sent my pair of slades in like two weeks, which I was super impressed by! Having my slades means that I can stumble into golden skating spots and always have my skates on me, which just means I get to skate more!

Used their measuring for ordering size, and it was not correct, unless you want the skate/shoe to be hitting the end of your toes. I suggest going up a size from this. After returning with shipping fees, I could have saved money by just buying another pair of skates (ordered from US)

Awful customer service. No response to issues horrible shipping. All items come in plastic bags. Having issues returning there product no one is responding to my emails anymore.

We are sorry to hear your frustration. We would like to specify that we have replied to every single email you have sent us. In your last email, you inquired about import taxes that you were billed by FedEx.
As indicated on each product page on our website, orders are shipped from France. Depending on the destination country, taxes or customs duties may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
The USA's current presidential administration is changing customs laws and imposing new import taxes. We do not have any authority on this matter. If you have any questions about the bill they are asking you to pay, I suggest contacting FedEx directly or your local import authorities.

Shoes are comfortable and sturdy. Skating seems very solid. Toe stops work great. It takes a bit to get used to skating in a shoe.
