My first time completing a PBN canvas. Overall good experience. End result a very nice painting for my new granddaughter's room. May do another different one for my other new granddaughter's room.

Being somewhat of a long time user of Paint by Numbers, for the first time I am becoming dissatisfied with your acrylic paint. More than a couple of times the consistency has become unmanageable. It seems to start as soon as it’s opened. Overly thick - no flow ability.
Having read the instructions re. adding drops of water.
Limited success.
Any help will be appreciated.

Ordered Nov 29, that arrived Jan 2, and received a horrible green and gray version of blue and white cranes, a black lab dog painting that looks like a dauchund, and the canvas was wrinkled and couldn’t be ironed out.

Will not order again, zero stars. I requested a refund.

Tried to cancel the order immediately after placing it when I realized it would take 3 weeks to receive it. More like a month. They would not do it. Of course, they charged my VISA immediately. It did eventually ship by air, not slow boat from China, so there was no reason it could not have been canceled at that time. Terrible customer service. Crummy looking product.

Love the product but worst EVER customer service. If I EVER receive my order which was charged to my visa almost a month ago, I will not use this company again for this reason.

I ordered on May 24th 2023 (#20410). I didn’t receive the package, last time it also took a long time because of covid so I remained patient. I sent an email in September and October requesting updates, never received a reply. So far never received my painting or any updates.

I reached out to customer service after I had difficulty tracking my package. They were fantastic! They responded immediately, made sure I could track the package in its journey overseas, and even followed up with me to make sure it arrived. Very thoughtful, kind interactions with Anna in particular.

The product itself has been nice to use thus far. I purchased a stretched canvas paint by number and the magnifying light - which has been a huge help in terms of enjoying the process. I will definitely buy from paintbynumbers.co again!

Came across their website during the pandemic but was skeptical. I finally started one painting at a time and now doing custom ones. I had a problem with mailing for 3 custom orders in August 2022 & they made it a point to replaced them. I am so happy with this company. The best customer service and custom painting you can find. I have few custom requests & they fulfill them remarkably. I will be one of your company's loyal customers. Thank you.

Just received my paintbynumbers canvas and can't wait to get started. Fantastic customer service - company were super helpful with communication and very responsive.

My paint by number had not arrived after a month and so I emailed the company and someone got back to me the next day!

I enjoyed ordering from this company. They were all so helpful and kind. When I received me package, there was thorough instructions on how to complete it. I would definitely order from here again.

My order was delayed due to circumstances in the world but customer service was so nice, I got my order with a bit of delay and they followed up with me to make sure I got it. Painting looks great, and great quality of paint and brushes.

The company is prompt in responding to queries. Unfortunately, the order never arrived, even though two parcels were dispatched. I am not sure where the problem was, but I suspect at the South African end as the country has a dismal reputation for delivering parcels. I suggest that companies delivering to South Africa use a courier company to ensure delivery as the post office is problematic. However, my requested refund only took a couple of days. This was impressive. I am sure deliveries to other countries work seamlessly and my delivery experience will not negate this. Regards Jenny

When I first ordered, there were some delays due to COVID restrictions and worker shortages. I emailed them out of curiosity, and their team has been checking up on my order and my satisfaction every since. Very lovely & prompt customer service, and very good product. Thank you. The delivery took a while, that's why I'm giving a 4 star experience. However, the email support staff was awesome and very quick to respond and assist, I was very pleased!

the delivery was a bit slow due to the times we live in at the moment , however customer service were very approachable quick to respond to emails. I also appreciated how they followed up to see if the product had arrived. There was also an offer to resend another if it had not arrived. Customer service was excellent, Product was good.

Really good customer service. Took a while to arrive, but it's here and my niece will love it. Canvas feels like nice quality. Think I'll have to order more for my friends and myself.
