I never received my product or refund or they never even responded to my email

Paid for the expedited 1-3 day shipping for an appointment 5 days later. Never got it. Sent them an email saying I didn’t need it anymore, and would at least like the shipping price ($30ish) refunded.

Got a copy-pasted generic response explaining what the shipping policies/days and “sorry for the inconvenience.” Waste of 60 dollars.

Would not recommend ordered something and they didn’t even tell me that it was cancelled until the other part of my order came through. I asked for my invoice to be sent through to my new email and that didn’t say the item wasn’t ordered either until I questioned it then they sent me the info saying they didn’t send it lol customer service was one of the worst I’ve came across they should maybe go on a course to deal with the public

Ordered a misleading product, when I called to express my displeasure with it and request a return I was told to ship it back on my dime. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0/5 I would.

Ordered 3 tubes, delivered damaged all burst open, I have sent email twice and still no reply, they just want your money, just another money grabbing company, avoid!!!

DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! They say “1 day shipping” for priority express but they will not honor that. They will tell you that the fine print clears it up. Look for yourself before you order. Took me four days to get the order after they shipped it. They offered nothing in compensation for the $40 I paid for shipping. Could have saved myself $35 and got the package the same time. Their customer service is terrible. There are better companies who actually honor their commitments to their customers! DO YOUR RESEARCH! If a company will be deceptive to steal shipping money then what else are they being deceptive about?

It’s been over two months just states held at customs as required more paper work from them yet nothing ! Communication is awful! I’m waiting for them to get back to me and to hopefully get my money back !! Feel like they are just a scam !!!

Absolute SCAM of a company, took £117 for numbing cream and spray..... the spray arrived last week after waiting for 6 weeks and NO numbing cream.

No contact number, they refuse to respond to your complaints, they delete all the negative feedback on their Facebook posts.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I have an upcoming tattoo session NEXT WEEK and my coworker recommended I order numbing cream from painless tattoo. As soon as he sent me the link, I wasted no time ordering it so it’ll arrive in time for the session. TO THIS DAY I haven’t received an email about the status of my order. I emailed the company and called ONLY about 100 times and spoke to a representative (very pleasant and patient man) who Informed me that they are out of stock at the moment so it can’t be shipped and they will get more in days to come. He said people who placed orders in April still haven’t gotten theirs . But Here’s my thing, if the products are out of stock why not update the website and say that and have people choose the option to notify them when they receive more/ its in stock? They’re quick to take people’s money but not have the products. I’ve read that the product itself is good but how would I know if I don’t have it? I’ll take this L but never again with them. Btw at this point I’ll have to suck it up and take on the pain because I don’t wanna take another L on ordering numbing cream products from elsewhere online. Just ridiculous smh

Shocking delivery system, ordered almost 2 weeks ago, no tracking, I’ve emailed them and no reply, I paid for priority shipping 3-6 days and it’s been 12 and nothing, absolute joke of a company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

On their website the Rest of World Standard Shipping is 5 - 10 business Days. It took 25 business Days.
I just got it today but got tattooed 10 days ago, so I've never got to try it, I spent money for nothing and it's not cheap.

A really bad customer experience.

20 of Feb i made the order.....almost 50 Euro for a shipment of a tube to Italy with DHL and no change to get feedbacks from the company. I hav sent like 4 emails i NEVER had a reply!

Last 3 large tattoos. Each session 3-5 hours complete numbness. We did the line work and it was put in over the broken skin complete numbness and I didn’t tap out on any of the last 3 pieces. I moved and changed artist hopefully he will let me use it

Used the cream and spray and got the worst rash from it! Went to the doctor and he said he can’t find any info on it, which he should due to the fact that it’s an over-the-counter product. Has the FDA and they had never heard of it. This company is either selling fake or illegal products. To not use the cream or spray

I’m frustrated with this company on several different levels. I tried sorting this out via email for writing this to save the negative review but they have yet to answer even one of my correspondences.

I’ve been getting ink for over 20 years, and just in recent couple years figured I “earned” some just relaxing tattoo time.

1) it didn’t work, at all, and yes I followed the instructions precisely; I even had my ink guy do it for me for a session, and absolutely zero relief. That’s the biggest let down.

2) the product arrived extremely late, weeks past my appointment (I ordered a few weeks ahead of time). I emailed and emailed and got nothing. So I had to order something else from another company. I asked to just cxl the order at that point, but as I mentioned, no emails back. It did finally show up (obviously) and tried it a couple times.

3) I disputed the charges for a) the product not working as described and b) the extremely late delivery. Some how, the dispute was categorized as a “non-delivery” and the company PROMPTLY sent the CC company proof of delivery - yet never answered even one of my correspondences. The CC company won’t let me redispute it even though I very clearly explained the situation (Chase banking sucks).

So, I’m stuck with this useless cream and out over 60$. I suppose at the very least can be used for after ink care as a moisturizer; but, that’s not what I ordered or what I needed.

DON'T.

I just used it on a client right now and no numbing whatsoever--I even bought 3 tubes. Not sure if it's a scam but it ain't cheap either.

My experience was NOT good with this company. No reply to emails, cant find their number on their website, no return emails or calls.. Placed an order on Nov 25. Along with information for shipping. Immediately received confirmation they took my money but nothing about shipping.. Sent SEVERAL emails to the company asking about status of the order, nothing.... crickets....... Now today, Nov 29th I finally find the phone number here on the FACEBOOK page however it's not listed on their website, just some silly chat. Now i'm told the product hasnt even been packed or queued up, and that it'll be another 48 hours before it "might" ship meaning i'll get it two weeks after I ordered it. Funny, the site talks about shipping within 24 hours.. no go. Customer Service=BAD! I wish my experience was better as the product looks great and the reviews were good.. Maybe I'm just the lonely customer that had a bad experience..... strange.. We'll see how long it takes to get the product from today, 11/29/2022 w/ a product order of early 11/25/2022 for a TAT I was supposed to have Thursday this week... I would think they would overnight ship to make it right. Guess not..

Got my order. The box looks like it was made on Alibaba. The tubes are plain with a cheap paper logo sticker slapped on. Doesn't look like the printed tubes on the website or their IG. Because of this I'm thinking I'm not going to try it. I don't feel like I can trust it. Use at your own risk.
