Initially purchased a Led Zeppelin embroidered t-shirt and was very impressed by the quality of the embroidering and the t-shirt fabric. So much so, I purchased another 2, in different colours, which are also both excellent quality.

Ordered red polo shirt with downloaded Mclaren logo. Logo was in black and I didn't think it would show up, asked if the colours could be changed and was told that it was no problem. Really pleased with the finished item that I have since ordered another red polo shirt and Harrington jacket with the Southampton badge

This is not just a negative review, it is a warning. Do not give this company your money. My experience with Paddywear has been nothing short of fraudulent.

I ordered a jacket weeks ago. Despite taking my payment immediately, they failed in their most basic duty, delivering it to me. The tracking showed it was delivered to a completely wrong address. When I contacted their so-called "customer service," I was met with a brick wall. They refused to provide me with the proof of delivery label, which is a fundamental first step in any resolution process. It was clear they had no intention of helping.

After endless emails and hours wasted on hold, they finally, reluctantly, agreed to send a replacement jacket. I was given empty promises and told to "wait a few more days." I waited. And I waited.

Weeks of pathetic communication later, they have now done a complete U-turn. Their latest message coldly states they will NOT be sending a replacement jacket after all. No real explanation, no apology, just a refusal to rectify their own monumental error.

They have my money. I have no product. They have offered no refund, no solution, and absolutely no respect.

This is not poor service, this is theft. They took my payment for a product they never delivered and have now explicitly stated they will not provide. The customer service is the most shockingly incompetent and deliberately obstructive I have ever encountered. They have effectively stolen from me.

Save yourself the immense frustration and financial loss. Buy from literally anywhere else.

My second order everything is just brilliant from start to finish great product fantastic prints great choice so glad I made it big thankyou to everyone 😊

This is the sixth time I've ordered from them and no problems with any order.
Will be ordering again soon.

I ordered the wrong colour so requested the order be cancelled right away and re-ordered the item I wanted. The initial order was cancelled but I still was charged and I am still awaiting a refund a week later even though I have been chasing the refund. When the correct item came through it had the old football clubs logo on it, so can't even give it as a gift. Wouldn't touch this company again.

I was very happy with the description of the advert also the sizing guide was spot on helped me choose the correct size quality good and delivery time fast aswell definitely use seller again.

Ordered a hoody but it wasn’t wearable due to the cuffs being too tight. Sent it back with certificate of posting as instructed at a cost to me of £6.85. I didn't hear anything from Paddywear and it took me more than a month and lots of emails to finally get my refund. Will not be using this company again ….

Excellent service got my husband a porsche fleece from them for Xmas wanted to get him a suberu jacket but did not see it on website so emailed was told to upload image of what I wanted and within a couple of weeks it arrived. Great service great price and excellent quality garments. Highly recommend.

Bought a t shirt few weeks back, t shirt was nothing like one advertised the label on rhw back of the neck was cheap and the badge was puckered as not sewn on properly, also badge has stuttgart on it original badge doesn't. Tried phoning and left messages umpteen times asking to phone me back nobody bothered then emailed company and surprise surprise email was unable to be sent. Certainly not worth the money and not impressed june

Excellent company, get all my retro Walsall FC clothing from here. Always looks like what the picture looks like, great for sizing, and always sent 48hr tracking. If they do your teams merchandise I'd highly recommend them. Have been using them for years. Neil
