The product was marked in several places and despite lodging a complaint and asking for a full refund I was totally ignored, terrible service, they even had the audacity to keep emailing me promotions whilst ignoring my damaged goods !!!

No quibble exchange, just a delivery delay.

I really love the retro Wasps tops that Paddywear do. Wasps RFC folded a couple of years ago, but Paddywear have taken this most iconic name (going back to 1867) and reinvigorated it, with better clothing than the club ever released. You don't get much more retro than that. Brilliant quality and a great product!

Still waiting for a refund on a Christmas order

I have been using Paddywear for a couple of years. Quality is good, delivery is a bit slow, price acceptable.
I mainly use them for bespoke items as they deal in 6xl (60 ins plus) on polos and T’s. My biggest disappointment with them is rugby shirts, full zip hoodies, jackets etc tend not to go up to that size.
However, it is very nice to be able to get a shirt with a motif in my size. Thank you.

I wanted some tops to wear, and I saw some nice gear on Paddywear, so I looked at the Welsh sweats and t-shirts to wear on holiday, and I bought a couple of lovely Wales retro football items bearing the original 1920's version of the FAW Red Dragon badge. The quality of the garments was great, I bought a Tudor green T-shirt and a burgundy sweatshirt, which look very smart and ideal for the beach, plus the sweatshirt is nice and warm on the plane. Great stuff and will be back for more pretty soon..

Still waiting for my order (Feb 2026) from 24th November 2025. Order shows Royal Mail waiting to receive. Communication has stopped from Paddywear, I’m currently being ghosted. Would not recommend unless your filthy rich and can throw money away.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, returned two jackets within days of receiving them due to personal issues. Tracked them paid extra so they’d definitely receive them. Waited patiently on my refund? Many emails trying to fob me off, sent them my tracking number, this been going on since December. Now trying to send the jackets back to me or offer exchange!!!!! Eh no don’t think so …sent back within 30 days I’m legally due a refund! Might need to take this further !

Ordered 2 XL Alfa Romeo logo sweatshirts. Great quality. Logos outstanding and embroidered as advertised. Delivery about a week. Tracked by Royal Mail. A great overall shopping experience. Good Value, good quality. Have used before will use again.

I would tend to agree that delivery is slow but the products look and feel special. Where else can you get Audi hoodies for this price and get the quality ...I have four different colours! Very pleased.

Last Tuesday 06 January 2026 I received an EMail stating my order would be despatched to Royal Mail. It is now 13 January 2026 and I am still waiting. I queried the delay and was informed that my order would be delivered this week, but no notifications have been received. I was going to place another order with Paddy wear but I think I will use another firm now.
