We have been working with PackPro for almost a year. They process incoming orders quickly, and their ticketing system ensures that questions are handled efficiently via email.
In the beginning, returns and goods-in were processed more slowly than agreed. However, after several meetings to address these challenges, clear improvements have been made. The returns process, in particular, has become significantly more efficient. While we occasionally still need to follow up on returns or ASNs, this happens far less frequently than during the initial phase of our collaboration.
It is clear that PackPro is a growing company that is aware of the typical challenges that come with growth. They are open to feedback and actively optimize their processes based on customer input, which has positively impacted our cooperation.
