The experience with Packly so far has been excellent. We've been dealing with Andrea, whose service and attention has been amazing. All our queries and doubts were answered and resolved along the process. We could attach our artwork onto a dieline to generate a 3D mock-up box, which really helped to visualize our project. Once we received the first round of boxes we were very happy with the quality of materials and print. We will be using Packly for the future projects and highly recommend them as well as Andrea's attention.

After extensive research and contacting many box manufacturers in Switzerland and abroad, I was close to giving up on my project. Everything felt overly complicated — requests to send physical products for measurements, unrealistic minimum quantities, and prices that simply didn’t make sense.

Altissima qualità della stampa, i colori riflettono fedelmente l'ordine. Supporto eccellente in fase d'ordine e nella scelta del modello e dei materiali.

Ho ordinato alcune scatole personalizzate per un progetto e nel complesso mi sono trovato bene. Il configuratore è abbastanza intuitivo e il risultato finale rispecchiava quello visto online. I tempi di produzione sono stati rispettati e la qualità di stampa è buona. Esperienza positiva.

I came across this company while searching for a new vendor and was initially impressed by their 3D live rendering feature, which is a great way to visualize custom box dimensions in real time. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when I tried to use their chat support.

The automated chat felt more like a brick wall than a helpful assistant. I was trying to connect with a human for an issue that clearly couldn’t be solved by a bot, but the system responded as though I were asking for a direct line to the CEO. It repeatedly insisted on getting answers to its own questions before acknowledging mine, creating an endless loop of unhelpful responses. Baffling.

The most ironically frustrating moment came when I expressed that I wouldn't be continuing with their service, only then was I advised to try email support.

If it’s this hard just to reach a person, I can’t imagine what working with them would be like.

Muy decepcionados. Nos han enviados una cajas que se rompen y que no coinciden con la altura pedida. Según ellos en la medida de la altura también constan las pestañas para cerrar la caja.. no tiene sentido. Atención al cliente no existe! Hemos enviado tres correos y ninguna respuesta.
