Pacetravels Omdömen

It was a pleasant experience talking with Mr John over the telephone as it was my first time buying tickets from Pace travels . Hopefully we do more transactions

Ma 1ere expérience avec Pace travel a été merveilleuse, j’ai aimé et pourrais le recommander.

It was my first time buying a ticket from Pacetravel and I was happy with the customer experience. Justine was amusing, patient and experienced went through with me all the airlines on my route and various options including stopover and lay time

My first-time experience with Pace Travels has been great overall. From initial enquiry to issuance of the booking confirmation, Alex remained professional, helpful and attentive to my flight needs as a Client.

While I will be sure to recommend Pace Travels to friends and family, I advise one area for improvement will be the strengthening of communication between the Travel Agency and Customer, to ensure transparency, integrity and visibility during each step of the process.

I am pleased with the service from the Pacetravel. The agent that attend to me Alex was good, he listened and got me good deal. His communication was excellent by calling or texting me for update.
Is my first time of using travel agent and I am pleased with their services His colleague were pleasant too, they all show respect when ever they pick my calls. I recommend Alex to my friend and will use them again.

This Pace travel ain't good at all I was sold false information only to notice once my ticket was book and the transfer waiting was 9hour 50 with no compassion not even loudge stay. At first he told me the waiting if 4 hours but only to find out the waiting is 9 hours and 50minute. I had to sleep on metal bench while thy promised me the airline with provide me with voucher and that was a lie. So pls anyone who wants to book with them don't.unprofesional and not trust worthy at all. I had bad experience travelling with them plus Kenya airways

Great experience with Pace Travels. Alex was helpful, and made booking my flight to Africa easy. Highly recommended.

Alex provided excellent customer service while helping me purchase my ticket. He was friendly, patient, professional, and explained everything clearly. He made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his helpful attitude and would highly recommend his service.

They are fast good in response and also friendly.

Pace travel are a very professional travel agency I was surprised with my booking was handled with care support and travel advice the option they give you to pay Avery week is amazing they give you no stress 😎 and treat you with respect and I will recommend then to anyone my family travels with peace of mind

Nancy was meticulous, approachable and very professional. She paid attention to details and supported all through the booking process. She was never rude and was willing to help , even when my first airline disappointed me, they were quick to provide a better alternative without much ado. I can recommend Pace Travels as your surest plug anytime, anyday.

very good service

I’m satisfied with my booking for the first time

My experience with pacetravels was so fantastic. I was looking for a flight to Nigeria. The prices I saw were so expensive, however pacetravels helped me find a price that was 80% cheaper than other airlines.

Pacetravels are reliable and trustworthy, the staff are friendly and professional.

I would strongly recommend friends and family to pacetravels.

Thanks again for the support Frank Weah

Alex will ensure that your journey happens whatever it takes. He's very committed to his job and does it in a professional manner. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that he could not get me the direct flight to JNB, otherwise I would use PACE Travels over and over.

Good experience

My mum has travelled with Pace Travels and has always spoken highly of their excellent service and professionalism. From what I’ve seen, they are reliable, well-organised, and genuinely care about their customers. Based on her positive experiences, I’m looking forward to booking my own trip with them soon.

What was so good about my pace travel experience was the absolute efficiency and knowledge that they handle my enquiry . As a first time user I was most pleased and highly recommend this service. They can be fond online face book or simply Googling Pace travel

Excellent customer service care. Good communication in booking fright, which were scheduled on time of departure and arrival inward and outward without delays. I would therefore recommend them for anyone willing to travel and they’ re genuinely trustworthy.
