bye bye bush changed my life!!!! I was hesitant to try it at first, thinking nothing would ever make the ingrowns go away. when I say this product is worth every single penny, I mean it!! my skin is sooooo smooth with absolute zero irritation! 10/10 would recommend (and have recommended) to everyone I know!

They are so amazing. I purchased a product and picked express shipping. However, there is a problem with the mailing service and my package got delayed. And then got lost in the mail. They were so kind and gave me a new shipment for free and refunded my shipping payment since I had paid for Express shipping. I truly appreciate companies that have great customer service. And this is one of them. And I love that. It’s women owned.

Okay like everyone else I am absolutely stunned at the results!!! I am always a skeptic with products like this & I can say that my jaw was on the floor when I tried this product the first time. Immediately recommended it to all my friends. If you have any doubts, get rid of them now & go buy this cream!!! No burning at all, it feels like an extremely mild icy hot feeling in my opinion. No strong smell!! No irritation after!! And it removed ALL the hair in one swipe. Insane! This product is everything NAIR wishes they could be🤣. So glad I found it!! GO BUY IT!!

It actually works and does what it says!!
I’d kept seeing adverts online thinking it was too good to be true, but I will never go back to shaving now, I use the hair removal cream and the after oil and it’s absolutely amazing, leaves me super soft and no a single bump or irritation in sight, absolutely life changing! Sometimes I have to go over small areas twice, but honestly don’t mind with how happy my bikini area is after!
Also lovely customer service, really personable and feels like they care!

Great product and company
First off, I love the products! They have been easy to use and I LOVE the results. There was one time I burned my skin with the Bye bye bush, but that was totally user error on my part.
Customer service is also great. There was an error in my recent shipment and after reaching out, the team took care of it right away.

Only product I can safely...
Only product I can safely and effectively use. I had to completely stop shaving my intimate area because of recurring ingrown hairs and painful cysts. I have tried a few different hair removal creams that just didn't work well or at all. Oyo has been AMAZING! I have used this multiple times over a month and I have had zero issues. My favorites from the kit are the Bye Bye Bush, Ingrowns Out, and Keep it Fresh. One of my jar lids came in broken but customer service was amazing. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement that I received on my a few days later. I highly recommend this brand, it has really helped boost my confidence (right in time for summer no less).

First over the moon but then holiday disappointment
As many others followed on Instagram for a while before making a purchase of the set for a lot of money. The price of it put me off so I waited until there was money off.
First times using it went well so I was pleased, reduced rash and redness. However used this before my holiday thinking it would be great so I didn't have to fork out for a wax. I wish I booked the wax before my holiday now. Used the set 24 hours before my holiday, it gave me irritation and razor rash (despite using Bye Bye Bush) and I felt self conscious throughout my holiday and was nervous to remove any growing hair. Despite continuing with the cleanser, in grown out and final touch it didn't get any better. I'm glad it was a one of purchase because I won't be purchasing again. And just to add to that bombarded my multiple emails about the best bikini line 😂
For those that make a one of purchase and whom it does work for there should be an option to buy the Bye Bye Bush on its own rather than an entire set again.
Back to waxing I go!
