Really did what it said it would! I’ve got extremely sensitive skin yet thick hair and was nervous to try this as I have been left literally raw and red from Nair before. But this product really took the hair off! And no joke it didn’t hurt or leave me painfully red for days after. I used the mist spray for aftercare and the finish was like a nice clean shave. It grew back in normally after first use so but I’m hoping over time maybe it’ll help lessen regrowth as well. I prefer this to waxing all day!

The company is fast to respond to customer service questions -and the products are amazing! Win win. They have helped with my bikini line care 100%. There new ingrown serum is amazing and has worked immediately.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but this company/brand have shocked me with the promising results i’ve had. I have had many struggles with irritation and no solutions despite trying everything with no change. Oyo has been the only product that has shown me consistent and promising results while being affordable and lost lasting. I unfortunately experienced a slight fault with one of my products packing and since this has occurred i have received nothing but kind support from the company and staff at OYO. I got in touch with the company through their email and was treated so kindly. They had timely responses and instantly offered me a solution. I could not reccomend a product more and the results honestly don’t lie.

No harsh smell, quick and easy to use, reduces bumps from shaving so often, removed ALL the intended hair. I use every 10days-2weeks.

hello! so, i suffer from razor burn and ingrown hairs every single time i shave. in addition to that, i have very sensitive skin. i was reluctant to try hair removal cream bc of my sensitive skin, but i decided to give this product a try. yall, this product is seriously so so so good! i have never so quickly made a mental note to repurchase an item. not only does it remove your hair in less than 10 min (i would be in the shower for 45 min every time i would shave), it leaves you so smooth. the only “con” to this product that i would say it has is the smell. but even then, its not even that bad! i highly highly recommend this product, especially if its your first time removing your hair down there with hair removal cream. thank you oyo skincare, you have saved me!!

ordered the bye bye bush for thicker hair removal and i left it on for 10 minutes which is more than the recommended time and still only the smallest amount of hair was removed. waste of £35!!!

Oyo skincare is amazing! I was skeptical originally but I’ve used their bundle The Ultimate Hair Removal routine for a couple of months and it made a massive difference to the amount of ingrowns and how soft and smooth my bikini line felt. I also felt that using the hair removal cream and the exfoliating mit to remove it gave me a closer shave than any razor did. I will say I still prefer to shave my underarms and legs (the removal cream seemed more effective on my bikini line) but I still use all the other steps to avoid ingrowns and get my skin feeling super soft. The customer service team is incredible as well. So sweet and helpful, they helped me sort an issue with my postage immediately and the whole ethos of the company is just great vibes. 10/10 recommend to anyone who hasn’t yet found a hair removal routine they love!

Oyo is the TRUTH! I was skeptical, but decided to order and give it a try. I ordered the Bye Bye Bush, Ingrowns Out, and the No Burn Balm. Only tried once, but let me tell you….when they say “bye bye bush”, they mean it. Leave it on for 7 minutes and the hair EASILY wipes away leaving smooth skin underneath with NO hair. I’m eager to see how the ingrowns out exfoliator clears up the little bit of ingrowns I have. The balm is made of shea butter and feels so good on my most sensitive skin down there. I would definitely recommend!

The bye bye bush is phenomenal. It did not hurt at all and there was a just a small odor while using it. It didn’t break out my sensitive skin or leave any bumps like after shaving. I’m so happy I don’t have to shave anymore!

I came across Bye Bye Bush via IG and had to see if it’s really as good as it claim to be and I was blown away!!! This stuff really works!! I followed the instructions and was pleasantly amazed by my results on my bikini area as well as under arms! BTW…I have sensitive skin. There was no harsh smell and no irritation and most importantly left my skin smooth!! This is my staple product!! No more waxing for me!! Thank you Oyo Skincare!!🤗

First of all, the ads I was seeing on instagram for this product intrigued me to buy. After reading the reviews, I purchased the hair removal cream. After using for a couple months, I had some concerns and reached out to the team. It was easily resolved by awesome customer service.

I recommend waiting for your hair to grow back a decent amount before using the hair removal cream again. I also think the packaging for deliveries is a little excessive but maybe that’s just me. I do appreciate knowing that my purchase will be 100% safe during deliveries though.

I am absolutely amazed by this product! Coming from past experiences with hair removal creams, I didn't expect much, but it far exceeded my expectations. I followed all the instructions carefully and was thrilled to find my skin so smooth—no pain, tingling, or redness. A few hairs remained, but overall, everything was gone, even in my notoriously tricky bikini area, which is very sensitive. I'm so happy with the results! Plus, the customer support team was fantastic—( Andrea and Nicole) they quickly resolved a shipping issue I had. Highly recommend!

I took a chance on this product because it had wonderful reviews and as someone susceptible to ingrown hairs and tired of waxing I was looking for a long term solution that didn’t break the bank. HALLELUJAH for Oyo. Honestly I couldn’t be happier, or more surprised, by how good the results were. Super smooth,
no irritation, and plenty of product left, not to mention the spray, oil and exfoliator for gentle upkeep… I’m a huge fan!

Do you need to do some weed whacking? Tame the jungle? Remove the bush? This honestly you might as well take out a second mortgage because once you try this product... I PROMISE you're gonna buy it by the truck loads.

I've been using this product for MONTHS and it does wonders. I have eczema and really sensitive skin in general and this leaves it feeling silky smooth. There's no harsh smells and you can finally kiss razor bumps and ingrown hairs GOODBYE.

This product was an extremely pleasant surprise! I wasn’t expecting much, but hate shaving/waxing. This is easy, quick and painless! And I FINALLY don’t have red bumps which I would even get after a wax. Highly recommend!

It’s refreshing to see cream hair removal brought into 2025 with a modern, effective formula. My only suggestion would be to include a clear step-by-step guide in the packaging—maybe with visuals—to show which products are best for different areas.
