Terrible service.
Terrible service.
Missed 3 of 4 bin collections now.
Customer service says they provided a notice to the bin man. Still no collection.

I have lost count at how many times my…
I have lost count at how many times my bins were not collected by oxigen. When I speak to customer service they'll tell me to leave them out and they will come back,also I wont be charged. They never once came back and I was always charged! I will be switching to allied. Terrible experience

Wish there was less than 1 star!!!ABSOLUTE conmen!! They tell you it's 26 a month and then hit you with a 52 euro service charge every quarter!!! Stay a Million miles away from them!!

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. cancelled our bins because they missed 3 collection dates. have now rang them at least 5 times to get the bins taken away as we moved to a new provider. was told yet again they would be taken today and yet again still here … what worse is the staff actually get smarmy with you for having the audacity to complain. ..avoid !!!!!

Driver damaged one of the pillars (Resolved)
Driver damaged one of the pillars on my driveway, now my gate won't close properly. Thanks a lot Oxigen.
UPDATE
Oxigen contacted me very quickly after this and sent someone out to fix the damaged pillars, very happy with how fast and easily the problem was resolved. I can't recommend Oxigen highly enough. Very happy customer and will be back. 5+ Stars from me.
