I bought a beautiful Milton Wool Blend blazer for a huge discount. But what a quality jacket. I recommend 100%. The shipping was so fast, less than 2 days!!!!

Ordered a few items on March 21 2026. Oxford thanked me for order and 2 days later sent an email saying sorry refund in process and items are not in stock.
I then ordered a couple of addtional items on Marc 25 2006. Same thing happened.
I then called to understand why they dont update thier website to reflect actual stocks. THe customer serivce person was hopeless and said sorry madam I dont have any way to help you. I asked to escalete to manager, same response " sorry madam, we dont have a manager". Hopeless comapny!!!

As ever the staff at the botany road branch are helpful (without being annoying) and I walked out with classy bargains that I’ll be wearing for years.

I logged in easily, checked my sizes from my previous order and could navigate straight to the pants and shirts that I was looking for. There were plenty of options and I knew about the specials from an email.

Don't send spam emails to gather data. I pay you for a product, I do not owe you my time or information.

If you are in Queensland and need to return an item you will have to pay for the postage to return the item. The only store in Queensland is at the domestic airport

Basically I buy my vape PAVA touch AI for 95£ and didn't give me receve and guarantee after 3 weeks didn't charge on, so I went to shop to change my vape and they didn't at this point I will contact Citizens Advice police finance.

You sent two review requests, email and text, as well as a "welcome" spam email (alongside the regular order confirmation email) when all I did was buy one (1) thing on your website. Annoying

I had a very good experience with the staff, sorry I did not get his name but he was so good in suggesting things and knows your product very well, also informing me what comes next to the store. So there I went home very happy with my purchase😊

I viewed a smart men's coat on the Oxford Store website and preferred to try it on prior to purchasing. I visited the retail store in Southland Shopping center and received excellent service from the sales consultant. I tried on a few different styles in varies colours and nothing was too much trouble for them. I also received great advise as to which coat looked best on me and went with that advise.
I am extremely happy with the coat quality and the fabric is tops and will definitely be purchasing form The Oxford Shop again
