I’ve struggled with body dysmorphia most of my life, and food always felt like a mental bettle. Curb Crave helped quiet that constant food noise, and I’ve also had some success with weight loss. Bloat Control has been incredible for my chronic constipation too. Definitely worth trying.

Lately I've been craving sweets like crazy. I keep trying to cut back, but whenever I deprive myself for a few days, I just binge even harder. It's honestly scary since diabetes runs in my family.
