I ordered and my product is stuck in the Netherlands. They will not issue a refund unless I refuse my item at the door but I can’t refuse it as it will never arrive. I ordered from the uk. I’m in Ireland but they sent it to the Netherlands where it is now stuck due to incomplete customs info on the senders part.

Update! My order is now nine days in The Hague. I expected it to be shipped straight to Ireland but bizarrely they detoured it to The Hague. I’m never going to see this order so I’ll legally request a chargeback if they don’t refund me. …My order is supposed to be in Ireland but strangely it’s been sent to The Hague! It’s not got customs errors and stuck there. It was not cheap either. I’m a small business owner so it’s not that hard to send something to the correct country. Maybe I’ve been scammed??
