Bit complicated to assemble but seems good quality!
Pram just arrived - quick delivery and seems to be good quality but there were no instructions and it took a while finding the right video online. I was surprised to need a screwdriver too which delayed our ability to assemble it all. But now it’s up it seems great and the twins are happy! Excited to get out n about with it!

Great pram, great service
We order the double running pram V6 on pre-order and it came early which was great, it’s amazing quality. We’ve already had a single one second hand which we love, this one is even better, it’s not as wide as you would think and the front wheel moving makes a massive difference for popping about town.

Could do with instructions in the box
I was impressed with the new V6 but not impressed that no instructions were included in the box and had to google how to fold it!!

Safety concerns and poor customer service
We recently bought the double nipper V6. From the very first use of the buggy, the buggy would suddenly make a clicking noise and then appear to start collapsing. This has happened with our children sitting in the buggy. If we had not been holding onto the buggy tightly, we fear our children could have been seriously hurt. We contacted Out’n’About via the online chat with a video of what was happening and they told us that the buggy frame was faulty and they would send us a replacement frame. We have still not received the replacement frame and Out’n’About are no longer responding to the online chat, answering the phone, calling us back (despite this being an option on their automated phone message) or replying to emails. We do not feel that our pram is safe to use. Given that children’s safety should be of paramount importance, we are extremely surprised and disappointed that Out’n’About have not taken our issue more seriously and we still do not know if a replacement frame will be sent to us

It made it to Europe no problem
We love our new buggy. It took a bit to get to us (we are in Europe and there were some delays the first time it was sent, but Out'n'about were very proactive and resent very quickly. Comms were very easy.
We have not thoroughly tested it yet but it looks very solid and slick. Thank you!

Great product, not so great delivery
Brill product, good quality, good assembly instructions and plenty of YouTube videos to help too. Good value.
Not used yet as waiting for babys arrival.
Would be good if the compatible car seats would be listed somewhere on the page with the product.
Delivery was poor. Delay on delivery which is fine as this was communicated and these things happen. But the new delivery date I couldn’t be home for so I updated my “safe place” to our shed, but they just left it in the rain on my doorstep, noting on the system that it was in the front porch…!

What an amazing company to deal with!
What an amazing company to deal with! I made a mistake when ordering and they were super quick to respond when I emailed them. They (Patricia and Lee) were so friendly and understanding and I really got the feeling nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately as we get so used to bad service these days, I have to say Out n About are a breath of fresh air! I just couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I will be using them again without a doubt.
