Poor quality tyres
I bought the
Nipper 1year ago and have had several punctures due to the poor quality rubber tyres.
I have had to replace all the tyres at different intervals which has been costly and very much an inconvenience.
When contacting customer services all that was recommended was buying g a sealant to put inside the tyres which is not convenient and again a hassle. The advertising of the all terrain pram is not accurate as I have only used the pram mainly ion pavements and some countryside paths.
So to any future purchaser of the Out n about be aware the tyres are poor quality.

Concerning lack of communication - Recommend to avoid
Ordered buggy online 7 days ago and not been given any confirmation that the order has been shipped.
Tried calling multiple phone numbers - no answer
I will update this review if you can bother getting back to me by the end of today.

Still no answer after 8 attempts calling 07460 704433 and 5 attempts calling 01234 344230
Update 2nd Dec
Called again - no answer on both numbers. Beginning to believe this is not a legitimate company.
Eventually called me to say my order is due for dispatch immediately today or tomorrow..
Update 3rd Dec
Received email noting my delivery is due for dispatch immediately and will receive tracking today - guess what still nothing!
Update 5th Dec
Parcel has finally arrived.
UK landline number and a random mobile number which both do not get answered. When they do phone they state you cannot phone them back, that's one sure way of losing trust in your customers.
Will certainly not be using again.

Our brake failed on the Out n About…
Our brake failed on the Out n About Nipper which lead to our baby boy being propelled into the canal strapped into this pushchair. The brake was fully engaged but didn't stop the pushchair moving. We e got rid of both our single and double pushchair in this branded and have purchased a different brand.
Credit to the company, they did take the old pushchair back for testing and deemed the brake to be working as it fully engaged but we know this didn't hold our child and we would never use it again and would never recommend it to anybody else.

We love our double nipper!
We love our double nipper, it is so easy to push around over pretty much any terrain. We had a slight issue with one of the zips coming undone on one side of the hood and the customer service team sent out a replacement right away. Really friendly team and would recommend to anyone looking for a double pushchair.

Quick dispatch, helpful but poor quality
Quick dispatch and delivery of item. Ordered the new switch system and was disappointed in the quality for the cost, particularly the bassinet. Customer service very helpful and replaced the whole until only for the next one to have the same issue. Received partial refund so I am happy to keep the item but I do still feel the quality is poor for the cost. The pram itself is great and the customer service has been good.

Fantastic customer service (make sure to call though!)
After initially getting a little confused by the Out N About customer service AI email response, I rang the customer service line to arrange a warranty pick up for my buggy. I spoke to Thabo who sorted everything out quickly, including the refund for the warranty package. Thabo was polite and easy to talk to and made the whole experience a joy. Thank you!

3+ weeks for next day delivery.
Ordered new fabrics for my pram for next day delivery, this was 3 weeks ago! Still not received item, then to be told item is no longer in stock, so changed the colour, item still NOT dispatched, been ringing and ringing for weeks nobody answers, just get generated emails, waiting 24+ hours for a response on "Live chat" just to keep being told they're chasing the matter.

Enables our adventurous lifestyle perfectly
A pram that enables the adventurous lifestyle we didn't want to leave behind. Held off buying one initially but as the baby became heavier to carry, the out n about nipper v5 carried the load, as well as all the layers and snacks! Had a couple of early punctures but a well built pram which gets us across fields and beaches with ease and in comfort.

Fantastic service every time, can’t fault them.
Recently had a service on my pushchair, easy to arrange and great communication throughout. I then ordered a replacement rain cover on Friday afternoon and it was delivered by Saturday lunchtime!

I received outstanding service from Thabo at Out n About. I had made an error with my original order, and he stepped in right away to sort it. He talked me through every option, gave clear timescales, and did the work needed to fix it, even though it was during the Black Friday rush. He went far beyond what I expected. I have now managed to order my dream buggy, and that is entirely down to him. A brilliant example of a company that truly cares about its customers.

We purchased the out n about v6 plus
We purchased the out n about v6 plus. I am so pleased with our purchase and so is my partner. We dog walk everyday and our nice pram was getting trashed. It’s even given me the opportunity to run with baby and dog safely, as it has the hand break. It’s so much lighter and easier to move than our other pram.
