I am not sure why it took so long to receive responses from them, recently they have been much more responsive to my questions and have been helpful in resolving my issues with installation.
I purchased the 12v ac/heater for my camper van. There was absolutely no instructions on which connector went into which receptor. I tried contacting the company through their website multiple times and never received any response. Customer service is non existent.

The connectors are intuitive and keyed in such a way that they can only connect appropriately with their corresponding receptors, aiming to make the installation process easy and avoid any mishaps.
We understand the confusion and frustration you experienced due to the lack of specific instructions in this regard. i purchased a parking heater for my RAM Van. heater is running good , there are 5 speed with very high temperature, economic with Diesel consumptions.
price is fair.

I purchased a air conditioner for my trailer from outequippro and got the product very quickly at a good price. After a few weeks I ran into some major life challenges and wanted to return the unit since I needed the money. They said they would take it back but it ended up costing me a lot to ship so they offered me a partial refund and i was really appreciative of this.
