We recently took a month-long family trip across several southern states in our RV, and installing this 12V rooftop AC was probably the best decision we made. It kept the RV comfortable even when outside temperatures reached the high 90s. The controls are easy, and the remote is a nice bonus. My wife appreciated the sleep mode, which made nighttime use very comfortable without excessive noise or drafts. Installation took me about half a day, mostly because I was being careful about sealing everything properly. Overall, I'd highly recommend this AC for families who spend a lot of time on the road.

Some buddies in my RV group recommended this 12V AC, and I'm glad they did. It cools my camper perfectly. Customer service was super responsive_ They walked me through my power setup, which made the installation a breeze. Highly recommended.

I learned about this 12V AC from a YouTube channel I follow, and I'm really happy with it. Cooling is great in my van, even during hot days. I did experience a slight delay with shipping, but customer service was super helpful and sorted things out quickly. Definitely recommended!

I placed an order earlier this week, I emailed this morning asking for tracking, no reply. (over 8 hours ago)
Their online system doesn't give me any info on tracking status and I believe suggests it has not shipped yet due to lack of anything indicating it has shipped.
Their website says "Support Available: 11 AM - 9 PM Pacific Time (PT), we will reply to you within 30 mins."
I ordered an "in stock" product that ships within 1 business day.
Very concerned they are not a legitimate company since there is also no phone number to contact.
I did see someone elses recent post of same experience but eventually got sorted, but lack of communication is unacceptable, if there is a problem I need to be notified and allowed to plan accordingly, and not worry.
I will update if I hear any more information from them.

Michael from OutEquipPro did respond to my email shortly after I left this review. He basically said in the communication the same as his response below.
They have issued a tracking number and suggested my order will ship out on the 27th and I have been provided a tracking number for once it ships.

I will update my review from 1 star to 2 stars, as they did finally respond. But unfortunately my experience with their company as of now is:
1. product they said was in stock ,was not.
2. product did not ship same/next day.
3. customer service did not respond within posted timeframe.
4. customer service only responded after public callout.

So far my "experience" with this company has been only slightly better than horrible for those reasons.

Once I have more experience with this company, such as if the product does ship on the 27th, and how they handle any additional communication will weigh heavily on my experience with them and may significantly increase my opinion of them.
I will update once I have more experience to report.

Update 6/10
So, my final update. The units performance is excellent. Be prepared that you may have to adjust the directions a little bit for your install, but if your a do-it-yourselfer, you'll be just fine. My largest hassle was realizing that the rear support foam was too tall, but installed it anyway (according to the dbl sided tape). It raised the rear of the unit way to much so I just removed and applied new dbl stick tape to the narrow side so that it didnt raise it as much.
Customer service...as you can see from my previous review, this purchase didnt start as I would have hoped for. Alot of that could have been avoided if the outequip website had said that the units were on back order. I timed my detour back home to coincide with the expected delivery date, so I could complete my install. That, no doubt, raised my irritation level (hence my first review). SINCE, that time Michael from customer service has completely turned my perception of outequip a full 180. He has been nothing but responsive to install questions, troubleshooting, product satisfaction and overall experience of his company. People like him are very rare these days, on truly caring that you are getting the best service and product that they can deliver.
Im 57yrs old and have only done this 1 other time, but I fully endorse this company if you are looking for a a/c unit for your vehicle. They are the real deal and have an excellent product with excellent customer service.

Michael from outequip reached out a few more times with updates on product availability and shipping. He strikes me as a sincere person who does care about his companies reputation. He did offer $$ compensation, which wasnt my goal, but I understand that's really the only thing they can do since they can't ship what they don't have. I wish when I ordered the unit the website would have said that they're out of stock and waiting for the container to be released. That would have alleviated a lot of my frustration in altering my trip to drive back home to Phoenix, just to install this unit. As it stands right now, I do believe this is a good company and they do have good customer service. I will update this post once I receive my unit.

I just heard back and of course, they blame the Trump tariffs for the delay. I completely understand if you held your product until the tariffs were negotiated, but to not reply is unacceptable.

I was really excited to order this product based off of youtube reviews. I ordered it on monday, they said 1 day processing in 3-4 days shipping. I've logged into my account and it said that my order is still "unfulfilled". I get that there may be hiccups in shipping, but i've replied to them on multiple platforms, including texting and emails, through their customer service and no one has replied back to me. Their auto reply says they won't get back to me within thirty minutes, its been over 8hrs. At the core of it, I just want to know if it's been shipped. Be very wary of companies that do not have a telephone number. I will update if they get back to me.

I installed this AC on my little fiberglass camper. It fits nicely, looks clean, and the install wasn't hard. I followed the guide and was good to go in a couple hours. Colling performance is good, So far, it's doing the job.

I added the 10k BTU rooftop unit to my Class B RV, and it's been a great upgrade. I installed it with a friend-it wasn't too complicated, and the fit was just right, The cooling is surprisingly good as long as you've got decent insulation. I use thermal shades, and that helps a lot Quiet and efficient so far.
