Waiting for my order/refund for a year already
Ordered a custom pair 2.5 years ago. Was very pleased and recommended them to my friends.
You can see my 5 star review from 2023.
Made a 2nd order a year ago. "Last in stock" Custom Oakley Sphera in Pink chrome for 215$ shipped. I didn't like the original lens shape so I paid an extra 65$ for a matching lens that I was told its in stock (they didn't agree to change it without extra cost...).
A total of 280$ was wired instantly.
Received the order within a month.
The frame WASN'T fully painted and the extra lens was missing.
Shipped it back the next morning on my expense.
Paid 35$ for an insured shipping method.
Order was made at the beginning of 2/25 and they received it back at the end of 3/25.
For almost a year (!!??) I am waiting for a replacement/refund.
Dozens!!!! of messages was sent through mail, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.
A very small amount of them has been answered (containing all excuses on earth...).
In the last 4-5 months they totally blocked me on those platforms and I had to contact them from my family's emails/social media accounts. They answered them once or twice and at the moment they understood its me they blocked/stopped answering them to.
Paid a total of 315$ - Didn't get anything.
You can't/don't want to sell it to me?
No problem! REFUND
Will spend my money elsewhere.
Shameless behavior to a RETURNING CUSTOMER!

Queremos aclarar que, al tratarse de unas gafas personalizadas, es necesario confirmar el pedido con pago previo al proveedor. En este caso, no se realizó ese pago y por tanto el pedido no llegó a tramitarse.
En ningún momento se te ha cobrado ni se ha retenido producto.
