Absolutely made a complete mess of it. On my free re do i asked for a change of lyrics but they instead changed the music. Then i told them the music wasnt what i requested so they did another one with the right lyrics but changed the music again. I asked for a refund and thats when they stopped replying. Be very careful please there are so many good sites this one is very poor

My first grandson was turning 2. And Nana never does things simple. Well. This was the best idea for his card. They did an amazing job. They offered a do-over but there was absolutely nothing to change. I loved it And the parents will too .

This review is because some how I managed to delete the link to the song & was going a bit frantic , I emailed the company & literally within minutes a new link was sent
I absolutely cannot fault this company, competitive prices, very fast delivery & now customer care 100%. Highly recommend them if you want something special for a gift.

I have nothing bad or negative to say at all. My friend absolutely loved & enjoyed her song. So much so, she was smiling literally from ear to ear by the time it was over. Then she said, “that was really nice! I lived that! Thank you!” Thank you for making that moment special for us!

It was a song about my dog and everything I mentioned was included. It made me laugh and cry. Just BRILLIANT!!

I was looking for a unique present to give to my husband on our anniversary. Then I came accross "Our Tune." I couldn't believe how easy it was to do. The form took me 5 minutes to fill in online and to give details of the happy, funny, and memorable occasions that we had shared. Maisie was my
co ordinator and was very knowledgeable, imformative and worth her weight in gold when it came to her professionalism. She was so helpful, upbeat, polite, and nothing was too much for her to guide and help me through.

I was absolutely astounded by the quality, the song, the lyrics and not forgetting that little bit of art work that accompanies the song and lyrics, displaying all of the memories to treasure that have been created in the song. Not forgetting, receiving the song within less than 24 hours. My husband, is known as a blubber boy, and this did not disappoint, he was totally overwhelmed by it.

I cannot believe the price either, such good value for money. My husband thinks that I've spent an absolute fortune on him!! (Let him think it!!)
