Do customers ever receive their orders?
I wish I had read all these negative reviews before placing my order. Shipping states 3-5 working days on the website but it’s been a week since I purchased 3 items for my daughter’s birthday which was yesterday and they haven’t even sent them. I have tried to contact them via email but I haven’t had any response from them. I just don’t know what to do from here. I’m freaking out. I’d be happy just to get my money back at this point!
Update: I received my order a week and a half after purchasing. I also received an email from them the same day of dispatch to say it was too late to cancel. Overall my daughter is a happy girl although she didn’t receive them for her birthday, better late than never!
Avoid, very disappointing. Goods still not received 2.5 weeks after ordering and paying
Ordered 2 items 2.5weeks ago and despite sending emails and correspondence via their 'contact us' section of the website, asking for an update on the status of items ordered I have received no reply nor even any acknowledgement. So down near £90, have sent correspondence stating the wait for the items is unacceptable, and I wish to have the order cancelled and be reimbursed. Very disappointed.

Initial disappointment, generously resolved
(Edited from the original review after resolution) My items arrived wrapped in a flimsy plastic wrapper, which means that the cardboard packaging for the items was quite badly mangled. Not even bubble wrap was used. At least it arrived on time. I have to give April from the customer service team credit for replying in a very friendly and professional manner to my complaint and refunding my purchase (which I had not asked for).

Placed an order for my daughters birthday that has still not been sent out despite being ordered 11 days ago tried to contact through email but recieved no response for days then to recieve an email to say items have been refunded as out of stock absolutely ridiculous will stick to using vinted or smyths for OG products if i were you!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!! Avoid. Placed order 30th December for daughter’s birthday. Multiple emails and messages have gone IGNORED. Today they have cancelled my order (16th January) with zero communication. Awful company!

There is no pick up shop she’s basically just trying to deny they have not sent the dolls. I only received one box to my home address .. the delivery person took a photo. I have told them

I'm sorry to hear that there has been some confusion here.
You were sent two parcels, the get well room was one large box and there is a smaller box with the remaining items in it.
Both were delivered to the pick up shop so you will need to check there as we have sent you all the items
Please let me know once you check they still have the second parcel for you.
If it has been left too long they will sometimes send it back to us but it would be quicker to check with the pick up shop in this instance firstly.

Horrendous!! Scam!! Do not order!! They WILL take your money and not send you the product!! No communication!! No contact number!! Just an email address that won't respond!!

SCAM Suspect a SCAM website to take money from parents, looking to get gifts for their children. Shameful. Order made. Order number provided. Money taken. Then nothing. Chased on email. No response. Chased on website. Nothing. No phone number. Progressing chargeback through bank.
Poor customer service
I wish I had read the previous reviews, but had used this company in the past with no issue. However it seems to have changed in the past few months. I am currently waiting for an order which is now well outside the 5-7 days they promised, and I am unable to get hold of anyone to find out what has happened. They've taken the money, and there's no way to cancel the order, otherwise I would simply have gone elsewhere at this point. Really disappointed and won't be using them in future.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Avoid at all costs, customer service non existent, had to chase order only to be told ‘sorry it got forgotten’!

Awful customer service. Not replying to emails. Taking money for goods not received and with no indication of when they will be received. No number to contact for support. This company needs reporting to trading standards.
