SCAM SITE, do not use. Claim they have delivered your goods then never respond or refund you the money.

They are a total scam. Took my money, then several weeks later said the goods had been delivered which they had not. Then threatened that they would get the police involved saying I was lying. Would not provide the name of UK carrier. When I pressed further they admitted the goods had not been delivered but the delivery driver had fallen on hard times and had sold all the goods out for delivery. A total lie. Now ignoring my emails requesting a refund. A total scam company.

This is a scam. I received a tracking number where it has said the items had been delivered but they had not.

this place is a genuine scam I cannot express enough you will be giving your money away.. You will get an email saying your goods were delivered then you will email and they will threaten to investigate you with the police and then they will send a pic of some old guy in a hospital bed saying he is the owner and this is why they are having difficulties.. I LOST £86.50 GBP basically gave it away to these crooks SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN

Said my parcel was delivered at 5am in the morning - no courier delivers at 5am in UK to a person's house

Masquerading as Mammut outdoor gear. You don’t realise anything is wrong until you complete the purchase and the money comes out in $. Endless emails and a tracker then a claim it has been delivered via AnswerX but never arrived. When you complain they threaten you with the police saying it’s in your house.

AVOID, THIS IS A SCAM SITE; ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN THEY SEND FAKE TRACKING TO THE POINT EVEN SAYING DEELIVERED WHNE REALITY NOTHING IS SENT; CHINESE SCAMMERS

Total scam, take the order, then told upto 56 days for deliver! tracking system is fake, saying item has been delivered when it hasnt. you can only deal with them via email, where they keep blaming the courier.

This is a scam paid £50 for a tool box never arrived.
Thought the company was Costco it was not. Followed on track 17 said he had been delivered it was not. It was a scam keep away.

Ordered an item on 3/3/25, still not received to date. Track 17 states parcel delivered to postcode on 26/3, no address. Company is trading as COSTCO wholesale.
Company is no longer answering my e-mails (surprise)
Beware of this Company and tge endless list of scammers associated with it.

Bought several items from a designer sale website, so I thought. The site was professional looking and very convincing; I'm not usually so easy to scam. But when different names including Ounwear came up in my bank statements I knew something was wrong. Needless to say the items never arrived but thankfully my bank refunded me. Don't go near these people and don't give them any card details.

Bought a bunch of football goods from them via facebook , said it was in the uk but then was shipped from China

I Have a tracking number and said it was delivered at my house at 6am, which I know was not correct

Company didn’t respond and the shipping company kuaiyan doesn’t show who will deliver on their behalf in the uk

I found a phone number on the app called 17track as that shows my package delivered. The number was 0207 223 7070. It was picked up by East Asian sounding lady and she told me that her number was nothing to do with them and she does not understand why they keep putting her number down as a contact point because she has nothing to do with the company.

Wish I had read other reviews first. This is a scam site. Leads you on with updates about delivery which takes weeks, and then you get a notification that says it has been delivered and, of course, it never arrived. No response to emails.

Same. Costco. I don't understand why such a massive company as Costco won't do a thing about it. They not only took money for items they didn't deliver but went on my card again and did several same transactions. How is it even possible at this time, day and age?

My wife ordered from them and despite an email coming to confirm the order, nothing arrived. They did not reply to emails we sent and then sent another one after a while to say 'your goods have been delivered'
