These are criminals. Never buy from this website.

It's a scam! They take your money for the order and pretend they are shipping it leaving you to wait a month, then they deliver with a phantom courier saying they deliver it and when disputing the delivery they ghost you. So, no product, no money and no customer service. Don't use it.

This is an organised criminal association. They fake article they are selling. Once your order is placed it takes 25 days to start ahipping.
They pretend they ship it. They ship nothing and then claim that you received it.

They pretend they are going to solve it. No answers after 40 days.
I lost £176.
I am considering a legal suits

Yep wish I had been as vigilant as usual. But stupidly I thought the site was COSTCO. I did a search for Costco and obviously all came up fine, so didnt find these results until i has already stupidly purchased a mower from them and received the email which had ounwear as part of the email address. ONLY THEN did i find these reviews. It is a total scam and the site has now disappeared as well. Lesson learnt as they say.

Same as others have said. I requested a refund but nothin̈g so my credit card is looking into it. Can't believe I fell for scam stay clear

It's a scam! Parted with good money, they said it had been delivered but nothing arrived. Looking at the other comments on here, they never had any intention of providing a service. Stay away!

Total scam. Ordered a dog pram and nothing. Very clever the way they send updates on the tracking though.
Replied to one email now nothing.

Exactly as mentioned by many other reviewers, this is a scam seller. My wife thought she was buying a treadmill from Costco UK. But it was a fake website. We were given fake tracking information which said the item had been delivered. When we queried it we got an email from ounwear.com saying they would 'prioritise' it. Then they stopped answering our calls and emails. And the ounwear.com website has now gone. Fake seller, providing fake tracking.

If there were a minus, that is what I would give them. I wish I had seen the reviews before I parted with my cash - especially as their website was a carbon copy of the Dr Martens site and I was taken in. Like many others, they claim to have delivered when in reality the 'tracking' is a total fabrication! I have had to request a chargeback from my card provider as these charlatans have stolen my money and delivered NOTHING!

Same story as others - I ordered some tools and nothing was delivered. They are scammers. AVOID

Absolute SCAMMERS. Take your money and don’t deliver goods. They should be stopped from ripping people off and trading under Costco.

I thought I was ordering a couple of garden benches from Costco uk. After monies paid and waiting a month for items to be delivered nothing ever turned up and then suddenly their tracking site said delivered but still no goods!!
Went to local Costco shop and they confirmed no knowledge of any such goods/transaction.
TOTAL SCAMM !!!

Total scam. Received tracking number but no goods!!! Contacted the company & they said goods had been delivered!!! DO NOT ORDER from this website!!!!
