Super cool brand. I especially loved the sphere gems they are creating. I had many options to choose from. It really helped me to find which gem I wanted to have. I heard that they are expanding their accessories as well. In couple of months there will be ring options. Which I probably will grab one that I resonate with.

I have had nothing but great experiences with ordering and delivery. The products are top quality and when I did share insights with their team I got quick responses including being sent a replacement earring when I had difficulty with the latch.

This is my second time getting items from otter spirit and I absolutely love them. The jewelry last and stays in great condition with a perfect fit every time. Each item comes with care instructions and important information about each individual item as well

Lovely bracelets as always. I have purchased many and love them all. :)

I fully paid for six gemstone bracelets and still haven’t received the correct items or proper sizes once I returned them. The company keeps apologizing but never delivers what was promised. Communication is poor, and the process feels deceptive and drawn out. I just want the quality products I paid for, but this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not do business with them. Purchase products on 10-16-2025 until presence. Issue still unresolved. You dont know who you talking to. A man, A woman, A "AI bot. Or AI generated
