My crystal lamp was sent, stuck at our post office and stated that I needed to pay for shipping and handling in order to pick it up. I escalated this up the chain to consumer services to say I had already paid for it to be sent and would not be paying to pick at postal office. Long story short, a new lamp was sent and I absolutely like it soooo much. Very responsive team whose aim is to please their customers.

The product is exactly what I wanted to make me feel better when I'm out and about and I'm out at work the bracelet is comfortable on my left wrist while I work and since I've been wearing it ever since I got it I have felt a lot better my stress level has went down completely I love the quality of the bracelet

Outstanding Customer Service
I purchased 2 wands and a pendant. The items were as ordered, but the pendant was smaller than expected. When I contacted Conscious Items about a return, they were beyond helpful, and were gracious, supportive, kind, and genuinely interested in my satisfaction. A REAL person wrote to me, followed-up in a timely fashion, and offered options to ensure my satisfaction. I can't recall customer service that was more efficient while being genuinely caring. I so wish more companies offered this level of customer care. They are beautifully aligned with the nature & quality of the items they offer. Truly, they helped restore my faith in people!

Zero response to a timely refund request
A few months back, I placed multiple orders with Conscious Items. Initially, I was super excited to have discovered the brand, especially after coming across a number of positive reviews.
One of the items I ordered was the K2 Stone Bracelet, which transferred blue dye to my skin upon wearing. From what I've read online, authentic K2 does not transfer blue residue, meaning the product I received was likely a dyed imitation. For a site that boasts authenticity, this was a bit disheartening. It's also concerning, as a number of people are sensitive to dyes.
I sent Conscious Items a couple of different emails requesting a refund on my orders. It has now been over 3 months, and I never received a response, even though the site mentions a 30-day full return policy. (My original refund request was submitted within the 30-day return window.)
So, I've since been enjoying several of the other items I ordered, which I believe to be authentic.
I'm not a fan of poor reviews, especially for a brand with products that are bringing joy to others in the world. A simple response promptly addressing the issue would have gone a long way with me.

I have purchased MANY items from this shop and have been satisfied with all of them. I have a dozen or more crystal bracelets from Conscious Items, plus other jewelry and some lovely crystal decorations for my home. My selenite tower lamp lights my bedside every night. I've also obtained gorgeous raw crystals for my collection. They are very careful in describing each piece accurately and completely. When I've had a problem it was usually due to lack of reading the description. The customer service is amazing. I've really only ever had two issues, one about stacking discounts and one about a bracelet which I thought was not well represented by the online photos. In both cases,customer service was prompt, getting back to me within 24 hours, and thorough, working with me until I was satisfied. The bracelet photos have since been changed on the website and I bought a second one! Conscious Items is an A+++ seller and I highly recommend them.

I have purchased (and purchased and purchased) from Conscious Items A LOT and have never been disappointed in the quality, packaging, ship time or customer service (Ron is a stellar human), I have seen from this company. Whether you are purchasing the crystals as a jewelry item, metaphysical use, or for manifestation, you will definitely find something on this site! Plus Conscious Items has fantastic sales, a points program, and if that isn’t enough, their regular prices are pretty great too! My favorite bracelet is the Triple Protection.
