Love the product so happy with it! It’s really helped with my anxiety due to the menopause. Great company to purchase from kept me updated on my order and because it was slightly late due to high demand they gave me 25% off my following order.

Absolutely beautiful packaging. Have used power drops for two weeks and feel overall calmer. Would highly recommend.

Amazing products and superb customer service. My order was slightly delayed by only a day or two and the OTO team sent me some handcream in both full size and handbag size for free plus a £20 discount voucher for my next purchase. Customer service way above and beyond!

Seems to be good so far. I still wake up in the night but usually fall straight back to sleep.

What an amazing product. I’ve only been using it for 3 days but I’m already seeing a change in my skin. It’s now glowing! My friends are also commenting on how much better my skin looks. They’ve started using it as well now.

The sleep drops are a game changer! For having sleep problems for years they have completed worked! Im now having a relaxing and peaceful 8 hours sleep. Brilliant.

Awful customer experience. Ordered items. It says next day delivery. Waited 4 days to be sent a message that they had dispatched. 9 days after order. Still no delivery. I had to chase them to find out what the issue was. Really poor customer service. No notification given of any issues. Items now out of stock will not be able to dispatch until 19th which is 17 days after initial order. Which I was notified had actually dispatched. If you go online now it still says next day delivery. Which it won’t be as the items are not in stock. If you want to support your mental health avoid their incompetence. Go elsewhere. Cannary next day delivery achieved. No problems. Very poor OTO. I posted on their instagram the same message as above which they deleted and then blocked me as a result. Afraid that people will hear about a real customer experience instead of being brave enough to publicly hold their hands up and be transparent and honest. I’m not posting any info that isn’t 100% truth and an accurate account of my customer experience. 1 star is only there as you can’t write a review without a star. 0 stars would be my accurate assessment. Especially after deleting my honest comments on instagram. Shame on you OTO.

I have tried a few of the OTO products and have never been disappointed.
I recently ordered the Seltzer drinks and they are AMAZING! Not only does the drink have a delicious flavour (I particularly like the green tea and blood orange), I feel focused, and sharp. Will definitely order more.
OTO are an amazing brand and their customer service is top notch!

Fabulous products, engaging company

Power Drops has made a huge improvement to my Parkinson’s symptoms.

The drinks I purchase were excellent and tasted refreshing.

So, the CBD sleep drops I order had arrived and when I opened the parcel, the seal of the box containing the drops had been opened. When I opened the box and inspected the drops, there is no seal on that. Odd, right? I wrote to Scotty saying that the product had no hygiene seal whatsoever and he responded that a new bottle was going to be sent. Nothing. I returned the original bottle with no help to cover the shipping costs either despite the error being on their side. I'm sure some poor chump will also get this used bottle and have to deal with what appears to be a long running con. £55 plus return shipping spent with nothing to show for it. JERKS!

I’ve been taking the sleep drops for about 3 weeks now and I can honestly say my sleep has improved.

The best CBD drops I’ve ever purchased 👍this is my fourth bottle so far! This is now a bedtime staple😀 can’t do without it. It tastes gorgeous unlike some of the high strength CBD which I find bitter and unpleasant. I always get a restorative and refreshing nights sleep 😴. Amazing group of people who created this wonderful product!!!

I have found it to be extremely helpful. A few drops and within minutes I feel calmness settling in. I’m typically experiencing menopause symptoms and whilst this isn’t a cure it is a welcomed addition.

The OTO cleansing jam is fantastic. My skin feels so fresh and clean after using it. Such a lovely product that has such beautiful packaging to top it off!
