The perfect table & great price
I was moving to a smaller home & decided a round smoked glass table would be ideal for
my new space.
There’s lots of round glass tables available to buy, but not such a big choice of smoked glass. Otello’s Home had the perfect table for me at a fantastic price.

I purchased 6 Richmond dining chairs from Otello’s Home and the service was excellent from beginning to end. I asked a few questions about the colour of the chairs and the response was very quick and extremely helpful. The chairs themselves are an absolute joy! So far so good, still waiting for my coffee table but kept informed all the way, warehouse has checked to make sure it’s in perfect condition and now it’s on way to me will update when it arrives 😍
UPDATE : arrived in perfect condition, delivery men brought it all the way upstairs into living Room as well 👌 also this coffee table is stunning and well worth the price, everyone has said it’s gorgeous and asked where I got it

Item arrived far smaller than…not as described as bar table
Item arrived far smaller than advertised “bar table” instead this was a table not something bar stools could fit under 😡! I measured the width but stupidly didn’t the height as it was stated it was a bar table but this is not as described.
Waited weeks for the order and contacted day or arrival to say I had a problem this took few says for them to respond ! Returns were at customer cost !
One which was over £50 to return. Extortionate price but felt didn’t have a choice to reduce risk breakage, company didn’t even offer to pay despite wrong advertising not a bar table !
Item was collected Thursday 02/04/2026 I contacted company to inform but have received no communication or acknowledgement and sent another emails to follow this up with no response. I don’t find this customer service to be very good at all. Appear quick to take your money but not to refund, even when customer doesn’t get refund collection paid and pays an extortionate amount !
Company will know item collected yet nothing !
Wouldn’t buy again from here and advise
PLEASE BE WARNED THINK TWICE !

We always try to make our product pages as clear and helpful as possible, and the full dimensions and product specification for this item were displayed on the product page before purchase, including the overall height, width and depth. This is so customers can check whether an item will be suitable for their space and intended use before placing an order. I do, however, completely appreciate that you expected the table to be taller from the description, and I am sorry for the disappointment this caused.
I am also sorry that you felt let down by the communication you received. Having reviewed the full email thread, we can see that we replied to your first message within 1 hour and 8 minutes, and each further email was replied to either the same day or the next working day. I do appreciate though that when something has not worked out as expected, waiting for updates can feel frustrating.
Regarding the return, as explained in our email exchange, you were very welcome to return the item using a courier of your choice. As you asked us to arrange a collection, we obtained a quote from our specialist courier due to the item being fragile and made up of multiple boxes. The return cost quoted was the courier’s charge for collection and safe handling, rather than a fee set by us.
Once again, I am very sorry that this order did not work out for you. We never want any customer to feel disappointed, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
