Avoid- it’s not worth the disappointment & frustration

If zero stars was an option I’d give that instead. I placed an order for one singular item during their Black Friday sale, got the confirmation & the notice the item had been shipped, both in a reasonable amount of time. Then I waited, and waited, and waited abt a week after date it was supposed to arrive before contacting customer service (they should have notified me of the delay first, which was a failure to follow their own company policies stated on their website). The response I got said they were overwhelmed (not something they need to tell customers) & I’d need to wait another 3-5 days for the tracking to update- I’m less concerned abt the tracking if the item had just arrived as promised. After allowing the additional time, their tracking still showed that the item arrived to a facility in my state within the original delivery window, but had never left. Instead of offering to ship another, I was issued an automatic refund & told to keep them item when it did show up- it’s never arrived.
Now 6 weeks later the tracking still has not been updated & even with the refund, bc the item was purchased on a Black Friday sale, it is unaffordable to attempt to repurchase & I honestly have no faith they would even fulfill the order. Even tho I did my research to ensure this was a legit company, all signs point to this being a scam from my experience.

We fully acknowledge that this situation caused you to lose both time and the opportunity to repurchase at the Black Friday price, and I sincerely apologize for that. You are absolutely right — we should have communicated more clearly and proactively, and failing to do so understandably made the situation confusing and concerning.

We want to explain this process so you understand why the delay occurred. While this was our responsibility, we wanted to provide full visibility on what happened. Your order was dispatched on time, and you can see from the tracking number that it arrived at a U.S. logistics facility within the estimated delivery window. Due to an unexpected international customs clearance issue, this shipment was held and never released.

We also want to mention that for others who experienced the same issue, we have already re-shipped replacement, fully at our own expense. For customers who no longer wanted the item, we issued a full refund accordingly. For customers who haven't responded, we've followed up to confirm whether they'd like a replacement by email. We only proceed with their agreement, to respect each customer's preference. In some cases, an automatic refund was triggered before we could complete this process. This can happen if a customer opens a dispute with their bank, which limits the actions we are able to take on our side.

If you are willing to give us one opportunity to make this right, please contact us at hi@osuga.com with your order number and shipping address, and we will re-ship the originally purchased product at no cost, regardless of current pricing.

The Kiss toy is extremely comfortable and of excellent quality. The brand is amazing—you can really tell the care put into the materials and design. Additionally, the shipping was fast and completely discreet. I would definitely buy from Osuga again:)

The product was great while it lasted.
However, it broke after roughly two weeks. I can no turn it on nor charge its battery.
