Lack of explanation

The online class is quite boring because it only shows an urge to finish all the topics within the planned one-month period. That's pretty cool, but the coach is also supposed to ensure whether the students are understanding the lessons or not. Also, the face-to-face session is really worth it; that's the ultimate plus point for this training and the entire class. My one and only concern is that all the students are not the same in terms of understanding and catching up quickly. For that, the trainer must elaborate on the idea of OSCE and how everything is going to be prior to the class. That's how I experienced it, without wearing a jumpsuit before jumping into the deep end.
