I purchased some shoes and waited forever for them to arrive so when they eventually arrived I didn’t need them anymore and even if I did they were literally falling off my feet as too big. I contacted the company by email and was offered £10 !!! I was not happy with this I said I waited ages for them to come and when they did they were far too big so had to purchase some shoes from somewhere else so needed my money back. They said about £10 refund again and something to do with handling charges at their end !!! Since then they just keep ignoring my emails so don’t know where I go from here ???

This is not a shop. The address is fake on the website and so are the hours of business. The address is a terraced house owned by a Mr Beard Property maintenance. The returns are not easy as they are still offering me only £12 for a £34:99 pair of shoes and say keep the shoes or pay for my own return. The return address is a shipping company to China and they still won’t send me a return label. This has been going on for weeks and all I want is to return the shoes and get a full refund as they are cheap and nasty, uncomfortable and don’t even have a label in to say what they are made of.

I am having exactly the same problem described in other reviews. Shoes I ordered are rubbish, cheap, shapeless and presumably made in China. It seems to be impossible to get a return label from them. I too was offered £10 refund rather than the £38.99 I had paid. I sent the shoes back to the address in Morden on their website via Evri and have had them returned to me. Presumably the address is not a valid address for this company. A complete scam. Avoid. I will be pursuing a refund via Paypal.

I thought I was buying a pair of orthopaedic shoes, as advertised on the Orthoserene website. The cost was £39.99 (allegedly reduced from twice that amount!) plus postage. They arrived at the expected time but are definitely NOT orthopaedic - too narrow (they were advertised as wide fit) and very ill-fitting. I contacted the email address on the website and received a response from a different email address, Bulepods (third party agent?) I think the response was AI generated. It offered me an £8 direct refund with no need to return the shoes. Derisory! I tried the telephone number on the Orthoserene website but it is the mobile number of an individual, Scot Wicks, with a permanent 'unavailable' voicemail answer. The postal address seems to be a residential property, and (according to Companies House) is the registered address of Ultimate Building & Landscape Services Ltd, set up earlier this year but with no filed returns. I was completely taken in by the plausibility of the Orthoserene website. This is not a reputable company and cynically trades on people's health needs and vulnerability.

Bought wide toe box orthopedic shoes, they eventually came from China not England, they're not toe box or orthopedic either and they're the wrong size.
Avoid buying from this company.

Do not buy from this company! They are based in China and the telephone number on their website is copied from a private line. I know this because I tried to return a pair of their ‘arch support’ sneakers. They have no arch support whatsoever and when I initially contacted their email support they apologised and offered me £8. I declined and asked for a return shipping label to claim a full refund (as laid out on their website). They told me I had to send them back myself then I heard nothing back from them. I’ve had to involve my bank now as Orthoserene are completely ignoring me. This company is not UK based and the item I bought does not fit the purpose it is advertised as (you can buy exactly the same basic fashion sneaker off another world wide shopping platform with no mention of orthopaedic support). There were no independent reviews when I ordered so I hope this helps to avoid the mistake I made. I will be reporting to Trading Standards as well.
[Update; I have reported Orthoserene to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice website. I would strongly suggest others do as well if unhappy with the company.]

Scam. Fake AI generated website. Products are not orthopaedic as advertised. Based in China not Surrey. Paid £8.99 for 2 day expedited shipping. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Incorrect size received. Fake phone number. Action Fraud helpline advised they have received multiple complaints and are investigating. Rang phone number on website, it’s some poor man who is receiving many calls and said he’s advising everyone to report company to police 101. Parent company is Chinese based Falour who are well known for similar scams. Do not buy anything from this site.

I ordered some trainers on the 16/10/25 despite several emails to the company to ask where they are I have been given the runaround. The Company is not registered at Companies House they are completely bogus DO NOT buy from them.

I ordered size 6 shoe, received very poor quality size 41! Daily emails to arrange return and refund but simply got runaround!
Company gives impression UK based but based in China.
Trading Standards notified.
My bank involved to arrange refund.
Terrible products, terrible customer service, insulting!

Orthoserene, are a excellent company to purchase from, I ordered the wrong size, orthoserene quickly sent out my replacement, which I have to say am very happy with , and shall order from them I the future

Initially received incorrect size trainers. Sent text for replacement and duly received 2 weeks later-correct size received. Also, I asked for replacement pair to be sent to a different address and this was carried out. Communication by -mail was good-received a response within 24hours. Trainers are really comfortable and overall I am happy with the service I received.

Unfortunately lured by nice looking, well written website.
Delivery time was long, the shoes took 10 days to arrive with very few updates, I started to wonder if they would actually arrive at all.
When opening the package I was very underwhelmed, no 'Orthoserene' branding on these and sizing seems peculiar. I ordered a UK 5.5 and got an EU 40 which is a bigger size. They are very long and thin. The sole of the shoe is also very thin! I will be returning these

Edit: Tried to return these and still in talks to get them returned. This morning they sent an email offering an £8 direct refund when I paid £36.99! NB: All emails are sent overnight which suggests they are responding from another country as suggested in a previous review. Avoid this company!

AI generated website looks authentic and is well written, but what you receive is cheap tat from China. They’ve used the address and phone number of a genuine person in London, who is now fielding phone calls from dissatisfied customers and being sent return items. DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE or any others without checking on Trustpilot first. I’m amazed nobody else has reviewed this bogus company. It is run by Falour, which has been exposed as a scam by many others.
