BUYER BEWARE!! Do not order from this website. Not only do the clothes look nothing like the website description they are also so cheaply made. To make matters worse their “return” policy is not accurate. They don’t really accept returns. They first offer you a 15% credit on another purchase. Then they say you can return the items but is will cost me $50 - $60 shipping. I was then offered $5.00 as compensation. All unacceptable options. It’s clear this company is being used as a way to defraud its customers. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from oracle.com.

I find it odd that every single item on their website has a 5 Star review which is the reason I chose not to even risk the order. They also don’t list their return policy anywhere which is a big red flag.

I never received my order. I spent $30 and opened a claim with PayPal for my money back. PayPal took their side. I am out $30 and no dress. This company is an absolute scam.

I really regret not googling reviews before buying from this site. They are the WORST. I purchased two dresses. One came with small stains and rips (overall poor quality). The other was pictured as a white dress with white stitching. It came with brownish red stitching instead. The horrible packing job caused rain to get into the package and onto the brown seams, causing the color to bleed on the white dress.

When I asked to return the items, I received a late reply of "Really sorry.
We can give you $5 and you can keep the items" .......what!? Hoping I can get some money back from this horrible site.

how does this company still exist?!! is there any way to report this company?! Ive ordered with expedited shipping and waited 2 weeks and contacted them for customer service which they said will ship soon and if you cantact them back, they never reply back to you to resolve any issues. I dont think they will refund too. I guesns i will never trust no online shopping until these kinds of fraud companys are filtered out with some strict laws

This is the WORST online shopping experience! None of the sizes are true to their guide !!! They dont care about ANYTHING if there is a problem !!! I will NEVER order with these Asian companies again because this is always the problem !!!

Really poorly made clothes. I measured to ensure I got the right size but came up miles smaller when they arrived. Despite stating on website that they accept returns, when I contacted them they told me I would have to pay for it and it’s really not worthwhile. So now I’ve lost £45 on clothes I can’t wear and can’t return.

Terrible experience! After several weeks of seeing this company advertised on several social media sites, i decided to give it a try. I ordered $162 worth of clothes. The website said shipping would take 2-7 days, We are going on 14 days and it still hasn’t shipped.

I’ve sent an email a couple of days ago inquiring about my order and still no response.

Poor quality item, packaging ripped on receipt, no value for money, item value listed as not even a fifth of what I paid for it on the shipping notice. Please avoid.

Terrible customer experience. I purchased 4 items and paid for expedited delivery. Items never arrived. Customer service took 2 days to reply. Replies provided no information about when delivery would be made only "you will receive an automatic email when the order has been shipped".

According to the order details online, after 10 days it says that my order is "being processed" and "items have not been shipped".

Have made a complaint to PayPal. Really disappointing. Don't ever recommend.
