I would give it no stars if I could.

Terrible quality and even worse customer service. Don’t bother. Still waiting on a reply from customer services from October.

I ordered a few items and had to return all of them back due to sizing and quality.Their return policy is not what they say. I returned out of pocket the items in Aug/2018 and have had NO response on receiving the items or any attempt to credit me back.. I had the items sent with tracking and I know it got back to China.I keep contacting the contact e mail address with no positive feed back. Terrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM ORSLE, !!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The clothes came after 1 month, then I returned most and have still been waiting to hear back from them about my refund (over 1 month after sending in the return). I have emailed countless times, reached out on Facebook, and emailed their marketing team. This is the absolute worst experience i have EVER had with purchasing anything. If you order from them, you are guaranteed a terrible experience. The clothes are also uncomfortable and nothing like the photos.

Worst website ever! My clothes arrived a month late. When they did come I wanted to send them right back. The material is cheap and looks nothing like the site. Their return policy states you can return clothes with no issue. But when I tried to return the clothes, they tried convincing me it would be too expensive for me to ship back and that I should try selling it to people I know here. What kind of response is that? It was only after 20 emails of asking for their return address that they finally gave it and I never heard back since. I ended up biting the bullet and not sending the clothes back because they probably wouldn’t have refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! FRAUD

Horrific! Customer service is terrible, terrible, terrible! They shipped me the wrong item and will not refund me. It’s been 7 weeks and I’ve not gotten anyone on the phone or to write me back and email with a response to take care of the situation. The customer service doesn’t exist. Really, really disappointed that I didn’t look up reviews before placed an order with this company.

NOTHING looks like the picture. I got a sweatshirt and the wording is misspelled!

They don’t put a return address on the website because it is in China so returning costs more than your purchase.

Oh and it took much longer than the 8-15 day shipping promise.

DO NOT waste your $$. Worst online shopping experience of my life.

The merchandise was not as described on their website and photo displayed. The materials were very thin and very poor quality. The craftmanship was also very bad and poorly made. Sizing was also off.
The merchandise is unwearable.

I asked to get a return code for a refund, seller never responded to me. The only recourse I had was to report the transaction from my bank and they took care of it.

I wish I could give less than one stars... they are a total scam. The clothes that my daughter ordered and paid expedited shipping on arrived over 1 month late (too late to make it before she left for college)--- very very very cheap... And they will not answer my emails to return and get credit. We tried to cancel before they shipped when we realized they were coming from china and would not arrive.. no response. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Do not buy anything from them. The quality is horrible and customer service is the worst. It will cost me more to ship the item back to China than I originally payed. Even with the item being damaged, they refused to pay for shipping back. The reviews on IG are bogus.

Garbage clothes. Made in China. Looks nothing like the picture. & when u try & warn people on Instagram- they block u ! Also the return policy is a joke !!!! Buyer beware! Horrible customer service!!!!!!

I received my dresses a month after I bought them. They were all of terrible quality, the colors were not what was advertised and the dresses were very poorly cut, looked like a potato sack dress. Tried returning them, still am... first it took about a month for them to provide me with an address to return the merchandise. After about 10 emails (they do not have a phone number). I was offered a $3 refund for my $110 purchase and a 10% off coupon code lol. Anyways, it’s been 3 months since I’ve sent the dresses back. China is holding on to them at their customs. I told them that, and they told me to resend the dress ... oh my word... how can I resend something that is already in China?!? And now they won’t respond back. Long story short, I’m $200 short (shipping cost $75)

The quality it’s really bad; I wish I would’ve read the reviews before buying here; they took long time to send the items and I sent them like thousands of emails they barely replied; and when they did was kind of rude. Do not buy here. Oh and they blocked me on instagram because I was telling then they were scam. I actually can beliebe pay pal its working with this type of company or whatever it’s called.

This place is a scam - DO NOT ORDER. Reviews on the site are fake. I have been waiting for a package for months and customer service has been unwilling to give me a refund or provide any help at all. If you DO receive items, they are cheap looking and they will cost you over $50 to return to the sender ... at which point they will NOT give you your money back. Do not be fooled by the fake good reviews.

This company is such a scam. Clicked through to their site off a social media ad and should've done more research placing an order. The clothing online looked cute but man... what a waste. Ordered a pair of denim overalls and they are completely faulty and unwearable. The buttons on the sides have no button holes! The straps over the shoulders have no fasteners. There is literally no way to keep the item on your body. The other items are cheaply made and there is absolutely no consistency in sizing eg... an XS dress that is literally 3 sizes too big for my generally size 4-6 body and then a S that I can barely even get on.

It took over 2.5 weeks for my items to arrive. Their customer service doesn't speak English well enough to understand the problems when you reach out about an issue with your order, and will often just leave your messages sitting for a week or more without even bothering to respond.

This is definitely a SCAM. I received a shipping confirmation on September 6th, and the "tracking" has not been updated since then. I placed my order on September 5th. I've emailed them four times. They only responded the first time. All three attempts to contact a customer service representative was unsuccessful. There is no number to call. Do NOT order from this site. All items are from China. I sent emails to support at orsle.zendesk.com and to marketing at orsle.com.

Worst customer service ever. Sizing was off, and quality terrible.
Trying to return items now and it is an absolute nightmare. I even paid for shipping to return the items... and they did not notify me of receipt of the package and are not refunding my money.

THIS WEBSITE IS CRAP. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. THEIR SIZING IF COMPLETELY OFF. WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $50 TO SHIP IT BACK TO CHINA. I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM THEM SAYING THEIR SIZING IS IN CENTIMETERS EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS IN INCHES. IT'S A SHAM

This place is THE WORST. They made me take pictures of myself in the items before returning them. The products were too large and see through thus the pictures showed my bottom and a serious side angle of my breasts. After taking the pictures, they told me that they would give me a 5$ refund and a coupon code bc shipping is more expensive than the products are worth (well no kidding). They also explained that I could give me a coupon code so that I could reorder the items at a cheaper price. These are crap pieces -- I don't want them in my closet. If you want cheap clothing, from an international retailer, with great customer service, go with zaful. Now some predator has my pictures and I’m stuck with terrible clothes. -5 stars.

HORRIBLE - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

First of all, it took over a month for my order to arrive. Once it arrived, the items were not at all as shown on their website, sizes were all different than their size charts, and very very poor quality. I tried to return every single item that I ordered and they made me pay for the return, which cost me $70 because the address is in China (which by the way, took weeks for them to provide me a return address). I provided them the tracking number for my return shipment, as they requested and as they told me that they wouldn't give me a refund until they received the return, but it has now been 10 days since they received my items and not a peep from them.

Let's see if I get my money back! But I'm out at least $70 as of now and lost A LOT of time dealing with these people.

Safe yourself the time and frustration and do not buy anything from them. Better yet - if anyone has any ideas on how to shut this down, please try. They have all fake reviews on their website and if you post anything claiming that they are scam it disappears.

TERRIBLE customer service. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing anything from them.

I did receive my items after about a month but they did not fit so I wanted to return them and the customer service team ( Scott) kept avoiding giving me return information when I did exactly what the website says to do regarding a return. The website and return policy is a joke!

AWFUL - This has definitely taught me to read reviews on these store before ordering. I have never dealt with any type of store like this before.
