This is a SCAM WEBSITE..... BEWARE!!!!
Oroa take your money and then claim bankruptcy & don't deliver the goods. We are €9000 out of pocket & are now in a legal battle to try and get our money back.

On 28 November 2025 we paid €9,865 to Oroa.es for Andrew Martin furniture that was advertised as “in stock”.

Later the same day, Oroa acknowledged that the item could not be supplied and confirmed it had been discontinued. They also confirmed in writing that the stock representation was not our fault and that they would process a refund.

Despite repeated written follow-ups and assurances that their Finance Department was “prioritising” the refund, no funds have been returned and we have received no communication since the beginning of '26 when they promised the refund within days.

The website remains fully operational and continues to list products as available that it is unable to fulfill. They will request payments to be made by bank transfer.

We would much prefer to resolve this directly and promptly, but at the time of writing the refund remains outstanding.

⚠️ 11-week wait!!
Order placed on August 4, 2025, for a €5500 SESTRI 3 x 4m rug.
Arrived on October 17, 2025.
They ruined my summer.

11 weeks of waiting with almost ABSOLUTE lack of support.
Appalling behavior.
The first shipment was sent without the carrier having paid the correct amount, even though I had opted for Premium delivery. The rug was returned to them by the carrier.
After that, evasive but very rare responses, creating a total sense of insecurity to reassure the customer.
Incompetent and completely unconcerned about my concerns: "It's on its way, we're here for you, can we help you with anything else?" Their phone number is only there to pad out their website; I NEVER answered in almost 3 months, only an answering machine which they completely ignore. Since they're ignoring the hundred or so emails, they sent me 5 or 6 replies, among other things, accusing me of not providing my address details. They dared to use this subterfuge.

The package arrived in a terrible state, having been in storage for three months, I don't know where... a rug worth €5,500!!

I received the rug. The creases were very pronounced, and my fear of how its condition would deteriorate, given that it had been piled up and stored, I don't know where, on the roads in France and elsewhere, led me to request a return the day after it arrived. It was picked up on October 28th, it's now 10th January, and there's still no refund.

And to top it all off, they say the return shipping will be at my expense.

They're no longer responding, and I'm ready to compile a case to take legal action against them.

I can provide photos to substantiate my claims, including the order date and the arrival date.

Update 11/24/2025: This company refuses to give me a refund even though they never delivered the table to me. I am now pursuing legal action against them. Simply disgusting how I've been treated by this company. They even claim that they are closing their European branch even though the website is still active with no mention. DO NOT BUY HERE.

I was excited to get a table from this company and they really let me down. I should have read the other reviews before I made my order. The person organizing the delivery is based in Spain and I am in Germany. Apparently they chose the cheapest company for delivery and asked that I organize someone to carry the table upstairs myself, which I did. However, the table didn't arrive and they didn't provide me with a tracking number and they were unable to contact the shipping company because they do not speak German and don't use phones apparently (no one ever answers their phones if you call). When they finally arrived 10 days later the driver told me it was damaged and I shouldn't accept it. I had to cancel my mover AGAIN. At this point I'm really upset, and I'm not normally an angry person. It's been 3 weeks now and the company refuses to cancel my order and refund my money. I have contacted their Spain office, US office, and even emailed their CEO. Apparently they do not care about customer service. It's now been more than 2 months and I have no table. I would absolutely not order from this company unless you are sure they can deliver to your door and you don't mind losing THOUSANDS of Euros. I may have to sue this company in order to ever get my money back to purchase another table.
