Easy communication. Right on time and very friendly. Vehicle was exactly as expected.

The driver Duane was professional and friendly. The van was clean and comfortable too. We arrived to our destination safely and on time.

Excellent service! Prompt and friendly!

This place is a scam. I reserved a shuttle for June 2026. I was told I had to pay a deposit of $77.80. That was fine, I paid it by credit card (CC). Then I was told that Black Car (who they contracted with) required the full amount of $488. I was ok with that. However, they claimed that my CC was denied and they were cancelling my reservation. I called my CC company and they said they had no record of denying a charge from them. I called Black car and was told it was too late and it was staying cancelled, and the deposit was non refundable. I’m not sure they even have cars. Total scam!!!

Total scam and the company at fault is actually in Fishers Indiana. Even after sticking us for cash...tried to confuse the issue by sending a much more expensive ride. Stuck us for 71 bux for a down payment for what was supposed to be a quote - and not even close to a competitive rate.

Do not waste time going through a service that just adds fees to innocent consumers for service they do not provide. Also - read their fine print on tipping added in to the end price after the service is performed. I asked for a refund within an hour of this fake transaction and got no reply. They were very dishonest. Lots of hard working honest companies available and we found one.

DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would! They take your credit card information for reservations and continuously charge your card for small amounts such as $209 until either you or your card company realizes the charges! Good luck contacting them!!! They have NO working numbers to reach any one and you cannot send emails!! You are left to deal with your cc company to try to recover your money!!! They are AWFUL AND SHOULD BE PUT UNDER A JAIL for what they do to people simply seeking transportation!!! Orlando Shuttle Service is also linked to Black Car Orlando so steer clear of that company too! Just CRIMINALS!!!!!!

Do not use this company! I was originally quoted $385 for a ride the cruise ports. I booked the trip and was immediately charged $462 and got a notification it was for a 20% for the driver. Which is fine because I tip anyways. The next day I was charged an additional $385 with no explanation. I started to reach out by phone and email for two weeks to find out why I was charged an additional $385 with no response. After two weeks I started leaving emails and phone calls to cancel my reservation for another week. Again I received no response. Finally I sent an email stating I was going to file a chargeback with my credit card if i did not here back from them that day. Magically they started to respond and said they would refund my money. After 7 days they did a partial refund and kept telling me they would refund the rest. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card for the rest. I guess I should have read all the horrible reviews about this company before booking with them.

Scam company avoid like the plague. Our holiday was cancelled due to Illness. I had pre-booked transportation before hand through this firm. On trying to cancel our booking and get a refund, I have had no answer to my emails, or calls and of course no refund . Do yourself a favour and go with reputable outfit and not this scam firm.

Our driver was from Priceless Transportation and he was absolutely terrible.

When we arrived in Orlando, the flight crew kept us on the plane for probably twenty minutes before they let us deplane. Then there were long lines at the bathroom. We waited again in a long line for my small children to get water. During that time, the driver called five different times to yell at us for taking too long, and threatening to leave us (!!) When we arrived at the baggage claim to meet him, he was visibly agitated and seriously acted like he wanted to murder us. He was scary. He refused to make any eye contact and did not introduce himself.

We reluctantly got into the car because we’d already paid. We also didn’t know whether cabs would go all the way out to winter park from Orlando, and we would have been stuck at the airport. Once in the car, he silently brooded and refused to speak. Then he kept turning on the heat instead of the AC when we asked him to make it cooler. This was July in Florida. He was visibly agitated and practically shaking with annoyance whenever we spoke. It was unclear to me whether he was turning on the heat on purpose to punish us for running late, or if he didn’t know how to run the controls in his car. (And honestly, which option is worse?). We arrived at our hotel and felt so relieved to get away from his silent raging.

We thought very seriously about canceling the return trip and trying to get our money back, but we decided to give this service another chance. This driver had broken English when he did speak, so we thought we should just chalk it up to the language barrier and some vast cultural differences.

However, it was the same on the way back…except worse. We were supposed to be picked up at 6:00 am. We were fervently hoping for a different driver. But at 5:50, he started calling to yell at us for running late. He again threatened to leave us. He followed up with a text to say he would be leaving us behind. Then he came into the hotel and had the concierge call us from the front desk. Let me stress here that we were not running late. It was not yet 6:00 am. Do you know how difficult it is wrangle your small children and all of your luggage out of the hotel at 6:00 am, while your driver keeps calling and texting that he’s going to leave? He turned a slightly stressful morning into very stressful morning.

Once we were in the car it was the same deal…silent brooding, acting like he wanted to kill us. This time he very narrowly avoided rear-ending other cars three different times because he kept getting out his phone to text and drive. We asked him to please watch the road, but he continued to ignore us. We hit traffic due to an accident just outside the airport, and that seemed to make him absolutely lose his mind. The ranting under his breath and hitting the steering wheel felt frightening. He told us repeatedly that he does not have the time for this. By that he seemed to mean that he didn’t have the time to be driving us. (Um, why take the job then?).

Finally, he then told us that he was going to drop us off in a different part of the airport and he could walk to wherever we needed to be. We had a bunch of luggage with us, along with two small children. We were already running late due to the traffic. We were not familiar with this airport. We asked him to please take us to the correct place. He hesitated for several seconds before taking the correct turn, like he was going to refuse.

If you’re keeping score, at this point we’ve paid almost $400 for the service and we’ve had to beg this driver twice not to leave us behind, even though we weren’t late either time. Now we’re begging this driver to please drop us off in the correct location.

Seriously, he was absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Yes, we did make it there alive and with all of our luggage. However I can honestly say that he made the car transportation part of the travel into an absolute nightmare, and for literally no reason. It was by far the most stressful part of the entire vacation. There were moments when I thought he was about to seriously lose his mind. It was not pleasant, and we did not feel safe.

I do not generally write reviews or contact companies, but I’m sharing our experience so that other parents with small children can avoid this stress.

Booked round trip airport transportation for our family trip to Orlando. Pickup from the airport to the hotel went smoothly. Pickup time on the return trip was at 8:00 am. The driver did not show up until 8:40 and then then was extremely rude because I was upset he was late and we were trying to get to the airport with 14 people on Memorial Day in Orlando. I wanted my husband to help load bags, the driver would not let him and then proceeded to load them as slowly as possible while staring at me and threatening to leave me at the hotel. I paid $200 for round trip transportation and this is what I got.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not reserve from this corrupt company! We reserved a shuttle for 10 of us to the Orlando airport through the Orlando Shuttle Service website. The day we were supposed to leave, no shuttle was showing up. I called the company and they assured me they were coming. I asked them to provide me with an updated exact time as they were already late. After I had to call back again asking for an update, only then was I told the driver would not be able to make it! They left 10 of us without transportation and the need to make a last minute decision to take 3 Uber’s during rush hour to the airport. They assured me they would reimburse the shuttle reservation cost as well as the Uber’s. I asked that they email me stating that information (“I will, right away, ma’am” was his response). I never got an email. I didn’t actually expect a reimbursement of the Uber’s, but they have not responded to my emails or calls reimbursing me. I have not been reimbursed by them. Beware, Orlando Shuttle Service and Priceless Shuttles are crooks!
