I applied for my visa and got it within 10-15 minutes. No problem registering and paying

TOTAL SCAM,
Took money even if visa is rejected. No reasonig for visa rejected. No Refund issued

Could you imagine the millions of people falling for this. UK government website is redirecting us to this website.

Please refrain using this company.. it's a scam and they are thieves.. they steal people's money. When they reject for visa they refuse to give reason and uses their clause in their T&C's to keep the money. I spoke to embassy and they confirmed that there is no reason for rejection of my mom's visa and asked us to apply through their website and issued it within 5 min. They said they didn't even receive my mom's application and that it must have been that this agent's website is faulty. They also asked me to contact them and ask for refund as visit Saudi didn't complete the request. However these thieves refused to give reason behind rejection and talking to them on WhatsApp is like talking to bots.. and they lie.. I hope some sees my review and all these other reviews and never uses them. If you want to get visa go through Saudi official website or MOFA and DONT USE THESE SCAM PAGES... also it is not expensive to get visa like how they are charging...

Die derzeitige Visa-Regelung für Kreuzfahrtgäste sind nicht für zweitägige Aufenthalte geeignet.

Meine gebuchte Aroya-Route: Safaga (Ägypten)-Jeddah- Port Ghalib (Ägypten)- Jeddah- Safaga (Ägypten).
Für die Aufenthalte in Jeddah hatte ich zweimal das Single-Entry-Visum Ende August beantragt und mit der jeweiligen Krankenversicherung (2*26,30$) bezahlt.

Bis kurz vor der Kreuzfahrt stand im Webportal von KSAvisa.sal für beide Anträge "Send to Embassy". Ich hatte zweimal der Botschaft in Berlin/ Deutschland um Bearbeitung gebeten, jedoch keine Antwort erhalten.

Bei meiner ersten Ankunft am 02.10. konnten die Grenzbeamten mir helfen und einen Aufenthalt verwirklichen. Ein Volunteer sagte, dass das erteilte Visum für vier Tage gültig sei und ich am 05.10. keine Probleme haben sollte.
Dem war leider nicht so. Am 05.10. wurde mir das Verlassen das Hafens verwehrt. Auch konnte kein weiteres Visum vermittelt werden.

Ich denke, man hätte mich früher mit einer Lösung kontaktieren können.

Die Visum-Alternativen kamen nicht in Betracht:

- Touristenvisum für 90 Tage ist für Kreuzfahrtgäste nicht ideal und von den Kosten (110$)zu hoch, was deutschsprachige für einen Kreuzfahrtaufenthalt selten akzeptieren würden. Zum Vergleich bietet Ägypten ein Touristenvisum für 30 Tage und 25$ an. Für Transitgäste sogar kostenlos für eine Dauer von bis zu 24 Stunden.
- Umrah-Visum scheidet für Nicht-Muslime aus.

Insgesamt hatte ich einen positiven Eindruck von der Kreuzfahrt und Ihrem Land. Insbesondere die freundlichen Beamten waren sehr geduldig und hatten für mich alles versucht. Es wäre schön gewesen, mehr Eindrücke von der Stadt Jeddah zu bekommen. Ein halber Tag war zu kurz.

No way of stopping spam emails customer service no help, they want information not used to sign up, I don't think so, avoid these scammers, go to the government website for visa.

Official sites are scamming , just put ur evisa application within half second ur visa get rejected without saying any reason and money wasted , wow 👏

Rubbish website, bunch of scammers who operate on behalf of the Saudi government and use its logo. They are handling visa applications and receiving money without issuing any visa.

One of the worst sites ive used and I'm convinced it's a scam. Applied, paid and got rejected. Tried again with a different picture and got rejected again. It's AI thats rejecting it and no human actually looks at it.
They're happy to take your money, rejected it and give no reason and no refunds allowed.

Scammers, stole my money, harami, never apply from there. Reject your visa on no grounds, even their login is not working. full 100% scam website.

Respectfully to the CEO of Visit Saudi - Fahd Hamidaddin, the process, systems and operations appear to truly be lacking in service and do not seem to represent the honourable and generous Saudi people; or their values.

Have you not read all the bad reviews from people feeling neglected and defrauded such as myself?

Having read vision 2030 by his royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman, how can you achieve a thriving economy without promotion of trade and tourism?

The processes is the very opposite of frictionless.

From replies such as go to the embassy, to scripted answers, from the so called “visitor care team” (which in all seriousness should be called “visitor neglect”).

It is genuinely the complete opposite behaviour of the Saudi people and their government.

There are no words that can describe the utter lack of transparency and opaque behaviour of this site.

We applied for 5 e-visas and got them the same day after a short period of time, definetly would recommend you just need to learn how to apply properly to avoid the issues 👍

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Paid for the visa twice because of them. Wouldn’t even investigate the the issue properly I have emailed them and their chat service numerous times. Please just get your visa from the airport directly do not use this company.

They are worse than animals avoid them because they steal our money we applied for Umra visa through them and they didn’t get visa for us from uk and we reported them to uk bank they found out that they are criminals they thieves and they putted fake reviews on their website don’t waste your hard work money on them thieves and criminals you will lose your money.

Complete rubbish. Clunky, outdated crap. Programmed by sheltered workshops. The clubs who signed up for this are sp*st*c. Avoid if possible

Fraudulent website!! Took my money, no response to my emails or chat messages. I didn't even get a receipt. Never use their services!!
