Order never arrived
This is my first time ordering from this seller and I was so excited as I always loved Orientica fragrances. But unfortunately it is over 2 weeks and it didn't still arrive.
I understand all the problems with postal service, but when I found out via tracking my order was stuck in a postal depot, I reached out to them as only senders can inquire about it in theat courier service. They are yet to respond after all these days. So, I requested the courier service to locate the order but they are advising to reach the seller.
Then, I tried to reach them via PayPal, again the same. No communication from Orientica. I am so disappointed with their customer service.

As I mentioned in my review 3 days ago, I totally understand the postal crisis. Which made me to make this review is seller's negligence to communicate or respond to my email and this review made you to notice this issue.
When I contacted the courier "parcel force" after 3 days of contacting seller, they were quick to respond and thankfully helped me to locate my order back and delivered it safely.
Hence why, I increased the stars from 1 to 3.
And when I received the parcel, I straight away closed the case in PayPal and informed them I received it.
I still love Orientica products they are excellent.
I wish my experience with the seller was different.

Still not received after almost 2 weeks. Customer service keeps saying it’s due to Royal Mail strikes yet tracking is not recognised. Very disappointed
